The Curve Hotel

The pool was under renovation and renovation of the facade so could not enjoy the outdoor restaurants

I stayed at The Curve Doha, West Bay for one week, having stayed here recently before for a number of short stays. My room was a Junior Suite with a fantastic Sea view. The room is well equipped with small kitchen complete with hob, upright fridge freezer and washer drier. Service was prompt from the polite staff Neliza, Lin, Nahid, Alice, Akram and other staff members. The room was immaculately cleaned daily and the washing machine was a godsend. The proximity to my office base and the city center and metro was just a short walk away. While the hotel restaurant is undergoing refit, attached to the hotel are a number of restaurants, including Mezzo & Co, McDonald's and Starbucks. It looks like there are other restaurants moving in soon. There is a small well equipped convenience store also attached to the hotel next to the main entrance. This hotel is a must stay on a budget for the great location. I will for sure be returning to Doha and staying here in the near future.

I am staying in this property for two months. View from room was the main reason for choosing this property, reason for continuing my stay is becuase of the hospitality. I was here visiting friends and family and The Curve Hotel is a great hotel with great security, reception and cleaning service. Special thanks to Mohiddin, Nahidul, Elizabeth and Balall for exceptionally quick and efficient cleaning service.

Ms. Neliza and Mr. Lin the receptionists, really did a great service during my check in and it were smooth and I can say that they are accommodating and truly helpful. All my request were being attended. Location wise and accessible to mall and just a walking distance so I can really say that I enjoyed staying here

Everything was nice during my 3 months stayed here. Very nice facilities (gym, pool, scenary facing the beach) and very helpdul people (receptionist, bellboy, roomboy, guard). Good location also. Welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness on top.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Dizon for taking such great care of us during our reservation process. Her assistance made everything smooth and stress-free. A special thank you also to Neliza at the front desk for always being attentive to our needs and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. My parents and grandmother had a wonderful time at The Curve Hotel, and we truly appreciate the excellent service and warm hospitality we received. We will definitely be coming back!

Location

First of all great service from the people in the hotel from reception especially Alice,and Neliza for their outstanding service. And honestly the location is great. But I would like to highlight that needs to improve in your hotel as this is just soo frustrating and i think everyone in staying in your hotel knows this, that the INTERNET IS REALLY TERRIBLE!!! Ive been complaining this many times for how many weeks but they attended super late and still the same issue occurs. You guys should hire IT that is willing to serve as, everytime they looked force to fix the issue also the TV is suffering the same issue again and again they just plug out and plug in. This is the main reason why i will not continue my stay for another month in the hotel as the internet is the main issue. Hopefully you will take an action to this.

The hotel is great and their services are more than wonderful. The rooms are very clean and the working people are nice, especially Balaji and tufail they are very friendly They do their job well thank you guys for your beautiful treatment..

Came for vacation for 3 nights, I was hoping that hotel is nice despite the bad commments i read online. I expected its a nice one but rather it is sooooo much DISAPPOINTING AND OUTDATED HOTEEL!! First of all, structure outside is good looking but when inside, so much things need to improve, i think hotel needs to have a full renovation. The curtain looks so dirty, as if there’s no wash for like ages. The tiles in floors looks very dirty, the carpet like didnt clean for long time, they just reuse it, the towels has yellow stain and everything!, too many to mention, its only for you to discover when you are here. Overall, without the staff Neliza, Alice and Nahid, without them the hotel is not hotel no substance without them. They are the only one who makes the hotel alive, better take care of them, their service are exeptional. I dont wanna take it personal but better improve your hotel as it doesnt suit the way hotel have staff like them.

From the time of reservation, Manager Joanne answered our queries in the most professional manner, and our requests were kept in mind and fulfilled. We stayed in the one-bedroom suite from December 30th to January 14th, 2025.

The staff, Sulaiman, Alice and Neliza, made us feel special and made sure that everything we needed was readily available to make our stay comfortable.

Thank you for the excellent hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Alice & Sulaiman was amazing and took great care of us. The Lebanese restaurant is also great if you want good food in the area.
