The good only thing in the hotel is the location where it is! And the workers they are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I hade a big problem with the rooms because it’s was such a poor cleaning. The floor was really dirty and I asked for change the room the worker kindly show me others 2 rooms but still was very dirty i needed to do the cleaning myself. I get a tolls in the bathroom and i cleaned the floor because its was very dirty. I’m feeling very uncomfortable with this because I paid for a room clean and i didn’t have.

El check-in de los ibis es el mas lento del mundo.
Somos clientes fijos y cada año qedamos en el hotel, pero no tienen registrado los clientes..hay que llenar cada vez varias hojas y imprimirlas etc..
