Luckily I was a short stay!

The staff was great.

Cons:

The $20 per day fee for incidentals is absolutely outrageous. This fee is also not advertised in print to bring awareness to the purchaser. You find out at check-in! This is a dishonest way of doing business, and I would not stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton, nor would I recommend the stay. I am warning everyone of this so they do not put themselves in a bad situation. I stayed at the DoubleTree in New Orleans, a 4 Star hotel, with a flat fee of $75, and at other similar hotels, the fee was $50. If this were a family staying in town for a week or two, you would literally tie up a huge portion of their vacation money. Unfortunately, there was an old towel still hanging in the bathroom, and the sign says vending machine, but when I went into the area, there was no vending machine present.

Pros:

Very good breakfast convenient location liked the workout room.

Cons:

Couldn't figure out the thermostat so our room was a bit warm and not enough pillows for the beds. Also didn't care for the sliding door on the bathroom that you couldn't lock.
