I liked the location and newness of the hotel. It was a overall Great stay! all the staff were friendly&professional! The hotel looks amazing! please don’t let your property go down! i will be back for a future stay

Hotel and staff great. Breakfast not staffed.
Pros:

Bed very comfortable and temperature was great

Cons:

Even though the breakfast.items were fine, there was no one actually running it so everything was running out and guests were having to get the desk person to help which he was doing what he could. It was the most disorganized breakfast I've ever run into at a hotel.

Cons:

The gentleman at the counter when I was checking out told me I should throw my shirt away, I was wearing a saints shirt.
He looked like he was probably in custodial services? Tall guy.

I wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

Not a single thing. Maybe the location, it was close to things.

Cons:

It was NOT clean & they did not seem to care. There was hair all in the bed (NOT OURS). They moved us to another room. That one was even worse. I was completely disgusting.

Consistent and reliable
Pros:

This is always my familys stopping point when traveling to visit family during the holiays. The staff is great, property is close to restaurants and stores and they allow pets.

Cons:

There is nothing really negative to say.
