The staff friendliness

Cons:

The facilities have a lot of room for improvement from the linen that already tore 😳 the towel color far from white, the air-conditioned was noisy and on our last day the elevator didn't work so we had to use stairway up to 6th floor. However, the staffs were friendly and helpful.

Ideal budget hotel experience.
Pros:

Very clean and attractive budget option. The water in the shower was wonderfully hot, the cleaning service was great, and the complimentary breakfast every morning was the highlight. The room decoration was also very bright and cheerful, all whites and light woods.

Cons:

The daily restaurant menu could have been as good as the breakfast.

Only thing I liked was the staff, who was welcoming and nice, but I'm afraid that's definitely not necessary when it comes to hotels, sorry guys.

This review is meant for people who are solo travelling like me and are looking for comfy and cleaned places to sleep at. Even if it's rated 8+, I warn you that this hotel has very low cleaning standards (bed sheets were full of stains, the bathroom was all mouldy, the air in the room was heavy, stinky and unbreathable, without the possibility to open the window). Considering the price, which is not that low, I find it quite unacceptable. As a matter of fact, I left the place after 1 night (I made a non refundable reservation but I couldn't stay there any longer). Even the breakfast was a complete turn down, including coffee. Despite this, the hotel was full of guests so of course it depends on what your basic needs are. But, once again, for this price I was expecting better conditions.

Very comfortable and pleasant. Everything was very good, except for the internet connection.
Pros:

It's very quiet and clean. The food was very good and very affordable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel also accommodated my decision to actually arrive two days later than my booking because of a cancelled flight (due to a typhoon) that I had to reschedule

Cons:

The hotel wifi was very unreliable. But I think it's also a dead spot for data signal, because both my own mobile wifi device and my phone had a hard time keeping its connection; they always had 2 bars or less, and mostly no bars.

Lokasi pinggir jalan, shower nya kenceng, staf nya helpful, terutama petugas valet parking, banyak penjual makanan di sekitar hotel.

Cons:

Tempat parkir sempit, sempat ada gangguan listrik, harga lumayan pricey tanpa sarapan, nggak ada rak penyimpanan sehingga bikin barang2 bawaan tergeletak di lantai, air panas on off.

Keramahan & ketelatenan staf dalam merespons pesan di WA maupun di front office. Staf housekeeping juga selalu menyapa saat berpapasan. Lokasi strategis dan wifi cukup kencang. Pemandangan dari kamar lumayan baik. Ada rooftop juga walaupun saya belum sempat naik ke sana.

Cons:

Kebersihan sprei, banyak bercak bikin mata dan pengalaman tidur kurang nyaman. Bau tidak menyenangkan yang sering menyengat dari toilet (walaupun tidak sedang dipakai) sangat mengganggu. Genangan air di kamar mandi lama surutnya.
