スカイツリーや雷門まで徒歩で１０分足らず、都会の真ん中ですが、夜は静かです。
自由に使える自転車３台も◎でした。

なによりも低料金が魅力ですが、特に不満はなく、十分に満足ができました。
二泊中、常にホテルスタッフは不在でしたが、暗証番号ロックが便利で、困ったこともありませんでした。

セブンがすぐそばにあり、とても便利。

道向かいの洋食屋さんポークソテーの味が素晴らしいですが、全体的に値段は高めです。

同じく、道向かいの銭湯、昔ながらをそのまま残している、純日本風が良いです。
ただし、３分２０円のドライヤーは熱くなく全く乾きませんでした。

ホテル宿泊者は、入湯料４６０円が４００円で販売されてましたが、スタッフ不在で買えず。
６０円割引券を各部屋に配っておいた方が、行ってみようと思う人もいるし、スタッフ不在でも問題はなかったです。

Property was good they had great staff and was very helpful.

宿近くの手作りマップが用意されているのが良いと思いました。スタッフの手際もよく、たいへん快適に過ごすことができました。

地下鉄本所駅から歩いて10分ほど。駅から遠いとおっしゃってましたが気にならない距離です。確かに前のみちはそれなりに車が通りますが、気にはなりませんでした。小綺麗で浴室もしっかりしていて流しも別にあります。ゲストハウスと書いてありますが、立派なホテルだと思いました。フロントには22時までしかいませんが、カギは24時間開いているので出入り自由です。また、目の前にあるお風呂やさんの回数券は400円でフロントで購入できます。

Nice location with a view of the Tokyo Tower. Walk is a bit far from the station but not difficult. Staff was very accommodating and communicative. Would stay again.

welcoming and service minded personell, while the noise level from traffic outside made it very hard to sleep (single glazing and busy street = bad combo). Have stayed at 10+ places in Tokyo, and this was by far five times as loud as any other hotel...

無料のレンタル自転車が良かったです！！

Great budget choice with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quite spacey, we had a sofa with sofa table and lots of storage space even compared with much more expensive hotels. One thing which is quite unique is that theres a rooftop where one can sunbathe and just hang out. The bad: quite far from subway/train stations and the road in front of the hotel is very noisy.

Loved our stay. Located close to public transportation. 10 minute walk to Asakusa and Kokugikan. Large Japanese room with tatami floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a large Japanese room. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. The front desk clerk, I think his name was Yu, was friendly and helpful. He made us feel like houseguests instead of hotel guests. Another clerk who was super nice was Risa. She is always smiling and friendly. Risa and Yu made us feel very welcome. I will definitely stay at Hotel Fukuwauchi again.

It's a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station, but the area is very quiet and it has a 7/11 nearby. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had a nice bathroom. The staff was also very friendly and spoke enough English to help us. Overall it's a very nice place to stay at if you're visiting Tokyo, just be prepared for a 10 minute walk from the subway.

とても良い宿でした。が、他の方のレビューにもあったように、音が気になりました。それもそのはず、カーテンで分かりませんでしたが、窓が開いていました(;^ω^)

역에서 10분거리인것이 문제였지만 숙소도 깔끔하고 너무좋았습니다!

Everything is good. If I going to Japan again, I wanna book this room again.

직원분들도 굉장히 친절하셨고 룸서비스도 아주 청결하게 잘 청소해 주셨습니다. 또한 5명이서 자고 생활하는데 거의 문제가 없었으며 편의점도 바로 옆에있기도 해서 전반적으로 좋지만 주변에 이자카야가 없고 역까지의 거리가 좀 있는게 아쉽습니다.

It was an amazing area.
