You And Me Hotel

Stayed many times in this hotel but the service is not as good as before. Room need updated, the mattress is old. I stayed in room 303 and I could feel the spring from the mattress. The hotel is located in a love hotel area and plenty of similar hotel around. When I checked out on, a male staff member tried to charge me 200k for the daily free water, I have to argue with him that this hotel does provide two bottle of water everyday free of charge.

It passed I would stay again

The hotel is quiet, en clean. Well located in the nearby routes to others districts. Overall goed value for money.

3군이라 조용하고 좋음. 개미는 좀 나옴. 작은 개미들임.
주위에 사이공 커피 추천함 여기 올 생각이면 꼭 가셈.
그리고 k마트 가는길에 식당들이 좀 뭉쳐있는데
커피숍 있는 쪽 쌀국수 파는 식당이 음식이 맛있음 아주머니도 엄청 친절하심 꼭 가셈

This hotel is a 30 minute ride on the 152 bus from the airport. The fare is about 50 cents; the taxi is $25. District 12 is also quieter than the "backpacker district," and the food is both cheaper and better. This hotel is a fantastic bargain, and the staff are top-rate. Highly recommend.

This hotel is ok things work ok TV good, air con good shower ok but no hot water which for me is not a problem.

Staff and cleaners need to get out of there head all white man wants a vietnam woman.

Big big problem in Vietnam they do not want to clean the room but for me nothing new been in Asia 12 years.

All in all this hotel is good and it is away from the tourist area easy to get into town get the bus 152 only 5000 dong.

Midsize room was well above expectations. Large and clean rooms in a good location.

Staffs were nice and willing to help when we asked for their help to book the bus ticket.
The cleanliness is average.

3군이여서 조용하긴 햇어요..여행자가 많이 안찾아서인지 택시들이 잘모르는 곳이더라구요..그래도 1군의 시끄러운 것보다는 좋은데..에어컨이 자동으로 되서인지 꺼지지 않아서 밤새 너무 추웠어요 우리는 그랩을 이용해서 크게 불편하지는 않았지만 1군이나 2군 조금 시내근처가 교통이 편하고 먹을꺼 찾기가 쉽긴 하겟어요.

Out of the way of everything, no staff can speak English, didn’t clean our room once, left a night early to find something better.

Its clean but not easy to go out at night, need to call grab most of time

All the staff members in the hotel were friendly and very helpful. In the first day of my arrival in Vietnam, I was a bit sick because of the air pollution. I knew coconut water will do the healing but I had no idea where to get a coconut. Fortunately, the receptionist arranged somebody to buy one for me.
The good thing about this hotel is that it is slightly away from the main road, which is the main source of air pollution.

Clean,nice staff but far from the center

Tijdens onze rondreis een nacht daar geslapen. Slechte taxi service kwam bijna 15 minuten te laat. En wilde toen ook nog extra geld omdat hij ons om 4 uur op het vliegveld moest zetten.

Kamers zijn minder netjes en schoon dan op de foto's. Maar de bedden slapen prima.

This hotel offers an hourly rate, if you catch my drift. Cheap rates are good if you just really need a place to stay, but there isn't really any cleaning of the room or anything like that while you are there. Water in the fridge was advertised as free and then charged at 10k VND per bottle at checkout. Not great but not that terrible if you know what you're getting into. Wi-Fi was terrible. Par for the course for this area, I would say.

Clean tidy and comfortable, not a lot within 2/3klms but a Uber is cheap to main places

Room is good and clean and great for long term stay. The location may be far from the hustle and bustle of the city but it is peaceful, quiet ane lots of good food around.
Laundry service not good. Unless you want your clothes smelling weird and with lots of lint, find other reputable laundry service somewhere else.

The hotel is a bit far from the more popular districts and the hustle and bustle of the city. However, if you prefer a clean and peaceful area with hotels at really affordable prices and a few good food around, then this is the place. U & Me Hotel has pretty good and clean rooms with a long desk which may prove helpful to travelers who bring their work with them. What you see in the pictures provided are almost exactly the same. Clean and practical. And the shower rooms look great.

Beware of the receptionist though. Not very helpful and may give you overpriced rates for extension of stay and even laundry service. Called receptionist once to inquire how to get to hotel from the airport. She just said, "I don't know" and hanged up. Asked how much to do laundry and she said 20K VD per item. She later changed it to 5K VD (sans the ironing) after I said it's too expensive and tried looking for laundry shops.

Basically, if you overlook the mediocre receptionist, everything else is likable.

PS.: If you prefer a really busy area where there are several things to do around, then consider other places like District 1.
PPS: Most convenient way to get here from the airport is via taxi. If you're able, use Google Maps to help taxi driver, or save the map location beforehand.
