Pros:

It is easy to get to, surrounded by great restaurants, and the staff gave me a warm welcome.

Cons:

They were doing some work on the building, and that is understandable. However, checking in seemed overwhelming — everyone arrived at once, and there was a line with only two attendants. I know there is a way to access my room with my cellphone, but I have never been able to use that option. I would prefer not to wait in line if I can check in independently. If you could make that process easier and notify guests ahead of time when construction is being done on the hotel, that would be greatly appreciated.

Lumberton Hampton Inn 2026
Pros:

Our first stop on every trip to FL. Clean roomy, staff are excellent. Ğreat coffee and breakfast. I notice other Hampton Inns have warm cookies at night. I did not see that offered here but is a nice touch.
