They have strange check in time - 3 pm. Otherwise, decent hotel. Comfy bed, charging sockets for EU plugs.
In general, dont make my mistake to foget travel adapters for the sockets. KSA uses the British standard.

The hotel is strategically located in a prime area, right in front of Dhahran Mall, IKEA, and the largest Toys R Us in Saudi Arabia (there’s even an entire building dedicated to it!). If you’re visiting Saudi with young children, this is definitely the ideal place to stay.

The hotel staff were amazing and exceptionally friendly, always willing to help. They recognized my Bonvoy privilege membership and upgraded me to a suite without hesitation. Breakfast spread at Dine Restaurant was great. During weekdays, I had to leave early, and they thoughtfully prepared generous and delicious packed breakfasts for me each time. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and the genuine care they showed throughout my stay.

This is definitely a hotel I highly recommend, whether for leisure or business. InsyaAllah, I’ll be back with my family soon and hope to experience the same excellent service, if not even better. Well done, Aloft Dhahran!

We had an amazing experience in buffet, the staff is very accommodating her name is ms.rose and the food is very authentic we had a lot food on that day amazing dinner with the friends, oh we love the sweets as well most especially the velvet cake the best one, we love to have dinner or any occasion to gather in there again highly recommended.

The place is good, neat and clean. However, there’s no available charging station for usb-c type.

The food in the restaurant was nice and the staff like Rose & Jillani are very professional and accommodating.

Food is fresh and delicious. Ambience is refreshing and calming. Waitress is very attentive and helpful. Well lit facility.

Buffet dinner (seafoods night) experience is very bad. I waited for one hour for the grilled fish I ordered. But unfortunately my order did not arrive. The cook and the waiter is not aware where my order go. May be it was given to another table. They do not have system. Grilling and serving should be first in and first out. The cook or the waiter must be aware also to whom the orders will be served to avoid missing orders or orders given go another customer by mistake. No system at all. Sorry but I will rate a very low level of service.

Staff is very nice an cooperative. Food is good and service is excellent. We have enjoyed our food and Faisel was very helpful. Highly recommend

The services were excellent including staffs, foods and venue. I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation of the reception staff (Yevette) for very approachable, accommodating and hardworking. Thank for the mouthwatering and sumptuous breakfast.
