An sich ok.
Pros:

Für uns gute Lage. Sauber.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ohne Wirkung, keine Fenster zum Öffnen, sehr warm. Keine Lösung möglich, da Techniker im Wochenende und Hotel ausgebucht. Zimmer deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos.

Lokacija, odličen zajtrk, savna fitnes...

Cons:

Klimatska naprava, slab zrak v sobi, očitno prezračevanje zelo slabo deluje, bili smo tudi v drugih hotelih in nikjer ni bil tako slab zrak kot pri vas. Opazili smo, da so gostje spali pri odprtih vratih, ker so imeli vroče v sobah in slab zrak. Ni prav dobra reklama za takšen hotel.

Von außen schön, innen langweilig und wenig Leistung
Pros:

Ich mochte die Lage etwas außerhalb von Hamburg, da es in unmittelbarer Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten für das Laufen mit meiner Hündin gab. Es war ruhig und der Weg zur S-Bahn ganz schön.
Das Hotel selbst hat eine tolle Außenarchitektur, auch das Eckzimmer mit den Fensterfronten in alle Richtungen sah hübsch aus. Parken war in der Nähe sehr einfach möglich.

Cons:

Viel zu teuer für die Lage. Schlechte Belüftung im Zimmer, es war super warm, obwohl es nur 19 Grad Außentemperatur hatte. Durch die Fensterfronten heizt sich das Zimmer schnell auf. Ein Bad wie eine Grotte (altbacken). Zimmerreinigung nicht inkludiert (Grund ist angeblicher Klimaschutz).
Das Personal war gut, schien mir aber teilweise nicht ausreichend geschult.
Einen Kaffee, den ich mir selbst am Automaten ziehen konnte für 4 Euro - lieber nicht. Um die Ecke gibts ein tolles Café mit so viel mehr Service.
Wo bleibt das Hotelerlebnis, wenn eigentlich nichts mehr im Zimmerpreis inkludiert ist außer die Übernachtung selbst- wo ist hier der Benefit für mich? Zeichnet sich ein Hotel nicht genau dadurch aus? Durch Service und Dienstleistungen und durchdachte Leistungen? Voll Fail für ein 4 Sterne Hause.

Ne jeste nista u tom hotelu
Pros:

Sova je ok nista specijalno Za kratak boravak

Cons:

Dorucak je bio los i ne bih savetovao nikom da jede u tom hotelu jer postavljena hrana je bila puna mušica i to velikih koje su bile svugde!
Hotel je pravdao takvu aituaciju jer je sezona mušica!!!
