Nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick über Hamburg.
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht!
Personal reagiert sofort, wenn etwas fehlen sollte (frische Handtücher, Kaffee,…).

Cons:

Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Wer Frischluft möchte, muss anders wählen.
Housekeeping kommt nicht, wie gewohnt, jeden Tag.

Dejligt ophold i rolige omgivelser, dog 7 km fra centrum. God morgenmad med et bredt udvalg
Pros:

Rumlig værelse som var pænt og rent. Godt isoleret, så man kunne ikke høre de andre indlogerede

Schöne Basis für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht über die Stadt. Moderne Optik und ruhige Gegend. Man konnte das Auto direkt in einer Tiefgarage parken.

Cons:

Das Eckzimmer war bei einem sonnigen Tag mit 30 Grad Außentemperatur für uns viel zu warm. Es war ggf. etwas in der Technik kaputt, oder die AC schafft es einfach nicht genug Kühlung zu verschaffen bei der großen Fensterfläche. Wir haben zum Glück ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, das war einwandfrei klimatisiert. Das Personal war sehr bemüht uns zu helfen.
