Отель произвел крайне неприятное впечатление. Горячей воды не было совсем, что уже создает огромный дискомфорт. Постельное белье оказалось в пятнах крови и выглядело грязным, спать на нем было невозможно. В комнате были тараканы, а сам воздух пропитан неприятным запахом. Этот отель абсолютно не соответствует заявленным условиям, и я категорически не рекомендую здесь останавливаться

Da wir spontan nach Ausfall der Fähre eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit brauchten, waren wir froh, dass wir im Palapa Hotel unterkamen und auch um 4 Uhr Früh noch freundlich empfangen wurden!

Cons:

Die Ausstattung und das Bad waren jedoch alt und renovierungsbedürftig.
Ohne „Notfallübernachtung“ schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The location was great, the shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The airconditioning worked well but leaked water on the floor. The towels were very old and a bit dirty, the sheets were also not very clean. There were not enough sockets.

So far so good. I may wanna stay again next time I visit Mataram.
Pros:

I like the location and staff hospitalitity. They are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

1. I always heard noisy sound from somewhere, a sound like someone draging table and chair all the time. It disturbed my sleep.
2. I guess they should put one more mirror in the main room beside in the bathroom.
3. There is only one power plug in the room so we need to bring our own for charging several devices.
4. Add more hanger. I found only one in the room.

Pros:

В третий раз останавливаемся в Palapa , расподожение отличное , персонал отзывчивый , но чувствуется некоторый кризис .Дай бог все вернется на круги своя .
