Edifício de residência universitária muito bem cuidado, moderno e limpo. Excelente localização e estacionamento na rua ao lado do edifício.

Cons:

A cabine de duche é ridícula de tão pequena mal se consegue mexer lá dentro.

L’emplacement, le personnel réactif et présent malgré notre arrivée très tardive

Cons:

Un des stores du velux ne fonctionnait pas et notre chambre était au dernier étage. On a donc été réveillés très tôt par le soleil en plein visage…

Très bien situé, bien équipé et accueillant. Parfait pour des séjours de plusieurs jours.
Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé (accès aux transports en commun et aux sites touristiques à pied), dans une rue récemment refaite. À l'intérieur, l'hôtel est très propre, confortable, avec des équipements collectifs de qualité (cour intérieure, salle commune, etc.). La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable : grand lit, bureau, armoire, réfrigérateur, salle de bain bien équipée et pratique. Le personnel a été chaleureux, accueillant et à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner était classique mais suffisant. C'est un logement qui accueille aussi et surtout des étudiants, ce qui donne une ambiance sympathique.

Cons:

La salle de petit déjeuner est impersonnelle, voire austère, mais ce n'est pas important.

The location is good, the hotel private parking is separate from the hotel.
Pros:

Lower end cafeteria style breakfast. This is a Palermo university student residence. For breakfast, no toaster, no bowls for the cereal. The cappuccino from the machine was the worst I've ever seen.

Cons:

The hotel room was relatively comfortable.
