Not happy at all!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

There was a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. The hotel never showed I had a reservation but I still got charged $200. Booking.com said I would receive a full refund but I still have not received it. So I'm still waiting for it and I'm am in dissatisfaction.

Worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever encountered!

Bed was Comfortable~ Grill was Amazing~ Staff in Restaurant were above and beyond~

Cons:

Room 202 smelled like sewage~ My company requested an immediate return to my location forcing me to early checkout and front desk acted like I was robbing them~ Absolutely No Help! TV didn’t work the first night there! Young man at front desk did all he could to help but to no avail. Following morning I asked if this had been turned over to maintenance to fix and zero notes or turnover was left for follow-up. Although at the end of second day tv was working. Holiday inn express is my goto hotel, but I will never stay or recommend this location to anyone simply because of the lack of courtesy and professionalism of front desk personnel~

Extremely friendly Staff. I cannot remember the lady who checked me in, but she was AMAZING the entire weekend of my stay with answering questions and providing assistance.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better. The end tables were sticky. The toilet paper was low and no extra provided. The floors were extemely filthy, didn't want my g-baby walking around barefoot, her feet were black after the first hour.
