Top hotel, in gezellige wijk Roppongi
Pros:

Hotel in de wijk levendige Roppongi, geen last van de levendigheid alleen maar profijt. Metro om de hoek.
Kamers ietwat klein. Wel een bad en een massage stoel op de kamer. Restaurant ( ontbijt) erg sfeervol en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer op een hoek, dat betekende een extra raam in de badkamer. Dit raam had een rolgordijn, terwijl het raam in de slaapkamer een verduisteringsgordijn had. Zou helemaal top geweest zijn als het badkamer raam ook verduideternd geweest was.

Enjoyable. Next time I will take a smaller suitcase.
Pros:

Great location - very close to that subway station and Tokyo Midtown. The staff were. efficient and helpful.

Cons:

The reception staff were unable to order taxis. In previous visits at other Hotels ,staff would order taxis and the driver would come to reception and the staff could tell the driver, in Japanese, where I wished to go

Overall everything was good.
Pros:

The location was very good.
The facility was also very good.
Check in and out process was easy and fast.
The lobby was great with all amenities needed.

Cons:

If the room is roomier would be perfect.
If price is cheaper would be great.
No others was no good.

Pros:

A localização é ótima com estações de metro e ônibus bem próximas. Adoramos o banheiro, especialmente o chuveiro. A janela com vista para Tóquio foi especial e a cadeira de massagem se mostrou muito útil e relaxante durante a estadia. Então, de uma forma geral, a experiência foi muito boa.

Cons:

O secador de cabelo poderia ser um pouco melhor e mais potente e o armário era minúsculo... também tivemos uma dificuldade de armazenar as malas no quarto (só acomoda uma pequena) e o hotel não tem depósito para guardar - há auto locker gratuito na recepção, mas só é disponibilizado por 24 horas.
