チェックインの際のスタッフの態度と窓から見える景色さえ良かったら最高だったと思う。
Pros:

お部屋が通常より広く、マッサージチェアが置いてあってとても良かった。
チェックアウトの時間が12時で朝ゆっくり支度できた。

Cons:

せっかくオーストラリアから帰国して東京に来て２泊したのに景色の悪い部屋を当てがわれ窓から見えるのは隣の接近したビルの壁と窓で残念だった。
チェックインの時の女性スタッフの態度が悪かった。

The location is fantastic for exploring Tokyo. For the price you pay it is a really good hotel; the breakfasts are top notch.

Given the price you pay, and that this is Tokyo, where hotel rooms are generally in the tight side, there is nothing at all negative to say about Remm Roppongi.

Pros:

Massaging chair but the room is fairly small

Cons:

The staff is rather non-adapting with poor English.
Our room was ready at 1pm, check-in is only at 2pm. They did ask us 1500yens for early check-in whereas my partner is pregnant.

Comfortable and well-located option in Tokyo
Pros:

We had a great stay at remm Roppongi in Tokyo. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get around the city. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so you’re never short of places to eat.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s very much expected in Tokyo, and everything was clean and well-organised. A standout feature was the in-room massage chair, which was a fantastic touch—especially after a long flight and busy days exploring.

The hotel also offered the option to pay for early check-in, which was convenient for our arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly with arranging luggage forwarding, which made our onward travel much easier.

Overall, remm Roppongi is a comfortable and well-located option in Tokyo, with thoughtful touches that make a difference.
