We made the reservation via booking.com and even after accepting the reservation they said they are houseful. Very rude lady keeper didnt want to apologize even. They must have got guests locally but havent closed booking.com.. it was round 8pm when we reach there and we were totally lost. We had to search places afterwards. Terrible place... not recommended even to list in booking.com.. very untidy , no sanitation , very dirty cheap place..

Disappointing Stay at Saara Beach Hotel

I had high expectations for Saara Beach Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
1. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with dust on surfaces and a musty smell.
2. Customer Service: The staff were unhelpful and indifferent to concerns. Simple requests took ages to be fulfilled, and some members were outright rude.
3. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel advertises great facilities, but many were either out of order or poorly maintained. The pool was not clean, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable.
4. Food & Dining: The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food provided. Meals were bland and took forever to be served.
5. Value for Money: Given the price, I expected a much better experience. It felt like I overpaid for subpar service and accommodations.

Overall, I would not recommend Saara Beach Hotel unless they make significant improvements. There are better options available for the same price.

Dont make reservations for this locations. They are frauds
Cons:

Dont book at this property on Booking.com. They canceled my reservation on the day of my arrival at the location just before 3 hours ( at 11 am on the day of the booking). and gave me a number for an expensive hotel.

Pros:

The morning view from the room is excellent, they have a swimming pool with clean water, a restaurant in the hotel, friendly staff. Great for travelers who avoid tourist spots.

Cons:

The beds are not very comfortable, you have to walk 10 minutes to the beach suitable for swimming, there are no restaurants in the area

Pleasent beachside stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very tasty food and lovely rooms with comfortable beds. The facilities were clean and the pool was relaxing. I would definitely recommend, just make sure to let them know what time you arrive beforehand 😉
