A lovely stay in the heart of Zermatt
Pros:

This hotel is in such a great location - easy walk from the train station and to the village centre. The hotel is really beautiful inside and the ski room is easily located underneath. The breakfast was good and the room itself had everything you needed for a nice stay. The bathroom was the biggest I had ever seen - definite highlight! The spa and pool were just fabulous after a day of skiing!

Cons:

The pillows were really uncomfortable and very squishy. It would be great to have 2 different types to choose from (harder or softer).

Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Grossartiger Wellnessbereich mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Tolles Ambiente. Freundliche, zuvorkommende und unkomlizierte Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Mich hat die ständige Musik im ganzen Wellnessbereich gestört.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and provided us with an upgraded room! The room and view were incredible. Their spa was lovely and had a lot of offerings. We also enjoyed the tea time they have in the afternoons, and the breakfast they offer.

入室してすぐに、洗面所へ手を洗いに行くと、
ドライヤーの持ち手部分に女性の長い髪が1本ついてて、ちょっとそこが嫌でした
目立つところなのに掃除が行き届いてなかった点

Comfortable with lots of space in the budget room, good location and breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel facilities great and a good breakfast always helps start the day. Our room was really very large and comfortable. Location is good close to bus line and main station easy to get around from the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing much not to like.

Ideal Ski Getaway: Clean, Cozy & Close to the Slopes
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and very clean, which made it super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. The location is perfect—close to the city center and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It was also really easy to access the slopes, which was a big plus for skiing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Pros:

Loved everything about the hotel, huge cosy rooms. Perfect location near the train station. Best part was the amazing spa and outdoor hot tub. Can not wait to come back again!
