The staff so friendly. Bedroom spacious clean comfortable. Spa gorgeous. Robes slippers provided.
Breakfast had all you could need. Hotel lobby comfortable stylish and a fire for evening. Hotel ten mins from trains and shops.

We got upgraded to the main hotel on arrival. So we were very grateful, and regretted that we were not there for less than 24hours now! We got a room on the 4th floor with views of the Matterhorn- room was lovely had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable, had a good size bath to soak in. We didn’t end up using any of the other hotel facilities as we were there for only one night but we had the option to use the spa etc if we chose to. Staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived a few hours before check in and so we were aloud to leave our luggage until the room became available and it was brought up to us once we checked in. The hotel had a shuttle bus which we could of used but we didn’t - it was an easy flat 5min walk from the train station easy to find on the same road as station - with a big suitcase and rucksack each in tow it was manageable on the melted snow/ice road so no access issues. Location was ok - it’s at the opposite end of the town to the main lifts etc but easy enough to get to and pretty flat. We had a very quick breakfast in the morning which was convenient for us. Would stay here again.

Ausgezeichnetes modernes und neues Wellness mit Hallenbad. Zimmer war entgegen den Erwartungen (es hies Subterrain) im 1. Stock mit Balkon uns Sicht auf das Matterhorn! Super Preis/Leistung. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.
