אנחנו מכירים את המלון והתארחנו בו כבר בעבר , הגענו לפני הופעה בהיכל התרבות ללילה במלון , הזמנו פלטת גבינות ונשנושים לרגל יום הולדת והיה ממש יפה וטעים . ביקשנו וקבלנו חדר שקט בקומה גבוהה , לשמחתנו היה גם מקום בחניון של המלון . הצוות שירותי ולבבי , ואפילו חיכו לאורחים מטריות של מלון 65 (הגענו ביום של הסופה ביירון ) . ארוחת הבוקר היתה מעולה (כרגיל) שמחנו להתארח במלון ונחזור איליו גם בביקורינו הבאים בתל אביב :)

היו גמישים בצ׳ק אאוט , נדיבים בקפה ובנשנושים אחהצ.
בחדר חיכו שוקולדים מים וקפה.
מיטת קפיצים פחות מוצלח, מעדיפים מזרון לא קפיצי.
המחיר לא כולל ארוחת בוקר , בשבילה צריך להוסיף ויוצא יקר בלי ארוחת בוקר.,
Nice room, well laid out. Comfy bed. And amazing breakfast
Heat/AC controls are a bit funky; not much control in the room because heat or AC seems to be set for an entire floor from the reception desk. Staff was very responsive, though, when we asked for them to turn on the heat at night!

Breakfast was good, but it wasn't included in the hotel price and was rather expensive. The happy hour in the afternoon was very nice, we got free wine, some snacks, fruits and vegetables
there was no parking available at the hotel, we called in advance and were told we can only park in public car parks around which are very expensive, although at the hotel website it's mentioned there is parking and only after we left, we realized there is a free underground car park, and we were not offered to use it, this was very disappointing. In addition to that, there were many noises during the night from other rooms and from outside. The room is very small, especially the shower, so except for an excellent location, I don't understand why the price is so high. We mentioned all of the above to the staff but except for apologizing, nothing has been done to compensate us

price was high for such a small room. bathroom was tiny. no balcony.
ארוחת בוקר מדהימה, בופה עשיר, שירות טוב, היה אוכל ברמה גבוהה מאוד וסופר טעים
היה לנו חדר פונה לרחוב שהיה מאוד רועש, וגם החדרים הסמוכים לא היו מבודדים מספיק טוב ושמעו הכל. המיטה רוקדת כמו מיטת מים, ולא איכותית מספיק כמו שמצופה ממלון שמכבד את עצמו.
Breakfast is considered the best in Israel and it was.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location was the best - close to the beach, great restaurants etc.
Free coffee and wine all day long
Shower was fabulous - both hand shower and rain shower
Sink leaked all the time
