Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen in every studio and suite, complete with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Additional amenities include a microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, along with necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay.

Convenient Services: Take advantage of the 24-hour front desk, tour desk, and car rental services available to guests. For added convenience, a shuttle service to Ataturk Airport can be arranged upon request. Experience luxury and comfort at Pera Residence.

Rummelig lejlighed, men en stor taresse. Rigtig sød og hjælpsom personale. God beliggenhed, med en masse restauranter og butikker lige ud for døren. Der er også et supermarked lige ved siden af

Cons:

Der kan være en del larm på gaden, da der mange restauranter og barer. Kunne godt lide det, men det skal man være opmærksom på, hvis man ønsker meget ro. Det høres dog ikke så meget i lejlighed

Prachtig groot appartement op toplocatie
Pros:

Heel groot appartement om heerlijk te chillen als je thuiskomt, heel ruim met twee slaapkamers en twee grote badkamers. De bedden zijn heerlijk en als je iets nodig heb kun je het beneden zo bij de receptie vragen. De locatie is geweldig, je loopt de deur uit en er zijn overal restaurantjes en de grote drukke straat is 2 min lopen, kortom geweldig appartement!!

Pros:

La struttura si trova in zona centralissima, nonostante la zona è piena di locali, l'appartamento era insonorizzato bene, spazioso e arredato con gusto, nell'appartamento erano presenti: 2 bagni, cucina con tutti gli utensili, un enorme salone, 2 camere da letto, vano lavanderia.Il Residence ha anche l'ascensore da non sottovalutare quando si viaggia in famiglia con bambini come nel nostro caso.Struttura assolutamente consigliata. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente . Grazie mille

Pros:

Отличный отель в центре Стамбула большой уютный номер с Массандрой. В номере есть все необходимое кухня с посудой стиральная машина гардеробная ванная с гидромассажем. Отзывчивый персонал реагирует на все валы пожелания. Подходит как для однодневной поездки так и для длительного проживания все СУПЕР!!!

Ausstattung der Küche war zu wenig! Die Einrichtung höchste regelmäßig instand gehalten werden!

Pros:

Obrovský byt, skutečně velmi velký. 2 koupelny. Byt ve skvělé lokalitě. Pod bytem malý Carefour na běžné nákupy. Byt vybavený spotřebiči, ale chyběla jakákoliv chemie, třeba tableta do myčky. Celkově bych asi nebyl proti si pronajmout toto ubytování znovu i přes nevýhody níže. Zásadní problém by ale byla ta proležená postel. Jediná a zásadní výhoda je velikost bytu a jeho lokalita.

Cons:

Byt a zejména jeho zařízení je už dost omšelý a potřeboval by skutečně refresh.
Absolutně proležená matrace na které bylo utrpení spát. Sedací souprava v obýváku rovněž totálně proležená. Televize v ložnici nefungovala. U televize v obýváku sem si musel opravit konektor antény, aby fungovat začala. U sprchového koutu chyběly skleněné dveře. Celkově zařízení bylo už opravdu dost opotřebené.
Štvalo mě nedostatečné vybavení kuchyně, chyběl prostředek na nádobí, houba na nádobí, tablety do myčky. Vše by si člověk musel kupovat sám.
V koupelně byl pro 2 lidi jeden mini sprchový gel. Když jsem šel po několika dnech s prosbou o jeden sprchový gel a toaletní papír, tak jsem byl obviněn jestli náhodou nemáme v bytě návštěvu. To skutečně bylo dost urazlive a neslušné.
