朝早く荷物を預け、夜チェクインした時に、預けた荷物が朝フロントの人がカウンター前の床の上に置いた時と同じ状況になっていた。
部屋の中は、隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえるくらい、壁が薄い。チェクアウトする時に、フロントに人が居なく呼んでも出てこなかった。近くで男の人と話していた車椅子の男性が鍵を預かりますと言ってきた。お客さんには預けられないと断ると、従業員ですといわれた。迷っていると、そこに置いておいてくださいと言うのでカウンターにおいて出た。
前日フロントにいた女性は外でタバコを吸っていた。
料金は安く、駅からも近く便利。部屋は普通に綺麗。
普通のホテルとはちょっと違う、とわかっていて利用するのは良いと思うが、全然知らずに来ると違和感を感じることもあると思う。
駅から近くて便利､受付の横、黒いカーテンで仕切られていたり、ホテルの入り口に自転車がいっばいおかれていたり等、普通のホテルとは違う雰囲気。
This property was great with very friendly staff and a comfortable bed. It was in the PERFECT location to explore Dotombori and do a lot of shopping. Our room was small (as expected) and had all the amenities we needed. It could use a little extra cleaning as it had scuffs on the wall and a dirty shower curtain. However, we were thankful to get checked-in early, and leave luggage after check-out so we could shop more. Thanks for the great stay!
Although the room is small but the price is cheap which you can reach eat and shopping places by 1 to 2 mins, so no complaint at all. Further, if providing a water boiler in the room, it'll will be great. Staff don’t speak English much, English reading guidelines will be helpful.

Excellent value in a prime location close to Namba station. There's a Filipino employee at check-in who is very friendly and speaks excellent English.
ユニットバスは生乾きの匂いがする。
その他の施設は適度に清掃されていて問題ない。
施設の近くには道頓堀がありアクセスが容易。
