Amazing stay at Kanata! Definitely recommend!
Pros:

The hotel is extremely clean. The room we stayed at was perfect - super clean, smells fresh, beds were super comfortable and toilet was big enough with nice tub. The people at the reception were amazing! Will definitely recommend it for an amazing stay. We will come back!

Pros:

The room was very clean, kitchenette had everything you would need, staff was very friendly, added check in cookie was a very nice touch!

Cons:

The only downside, was the breakfast options. If the pancake machine made decent tasting pancakes, the rating would have been 10 for 10

The hotel is staffed with friendly people who do try to help.
Pros:

The staff seemed to be genuinely happy to meet my dog. Great walking trail next to the hotel. The restaurant attached served the best pizza that I have tasted in a long time.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. I tried the first day then went out for something to eat on subsequent days. Even if it is "free", I would not eat that stuff.

They put the HVAC above our room and it was super loud and hard to sleep, charged 300$ a night for that.

No pool or outdoor hottub no cots or couches that pull out

The room was clean, the community is very beautiful
Pros:

The hotel was clean. The cost was high, very high, for the price of the room there should have more of a breakfast instead of bagels, toast, yogurt and cereal. The coffee was empty. For the price people pay you should have a full-size restaurant.

Stayed at Kanata as we were participants of the bike race held in the Crowsnest Pass.
Pros:

Breakfast was great
We have stayed here several times and always return. We did not bring our pets this time but love the option to have them with us.
Staff always great

Cons:

Our room faced the sidewalk by the water. We tried to close the blackout curtains for privacy, but they wouldn't close. Only the sheer curtains worked, which left the room feeling not very private.
