The room was clean, the community is very beautiful
Pros:

The hotel was clean. The cost was high, very high, for the price of the room there should have more of a breakfast instead of bagels, toast, yogurt and cereal. The coffee was empty. For the price people pay you should have a full-size restaurant.

The high price for the room.

Stayed at Kanata as we were participants of the bike race held in the Crowsnest Pass.
Pros:

Breakfast was great
We have stayed here several times and always return. We did not bring our pets this time but love the option to have them with us.
Staff always great

Cons:

Our room faced the sidewalk by the water. We tried to close the blackout curtains for privacy, but they wouldn't close. Only the sheer curtains worked, which left the room feeling not very private.

Pros:

The front desk person went above and beyond to try and get us a family room. An absolute outstanding member of staff who is credit to the hotel amd went to great lengths to help.

Pros:

Nice location and very comfortable beds

Cons:

When we arrived, around 7:30 pm, didn't like the group sitting at the picnic table by the front doors - bottle of whisky on the table and smoking (pot). No issue with the activity just where they were sitting.

It was quiet and close to highway. Had a continental Breakfast.

Cons:

The price. When we decided to make it home in two days, this was the only hotel we could find from Fernie onward.

Fijn en comfortabel hotel
Pros:

Fijn rustig hotel met ruime kamer en goed bed. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Vraag een kamer aan achterzijde dan kijk je op een riviertje, aan de voorkant kijk je op de parkeerplaats. Leuke restaurants in de omgeving van het hotel. Ontbijt is inbegrepen.

pretty, quiet and restful
Pros:

We came in close to midnight tired, wet, muddy and cold. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. one lady even went over to help kiddo with the vending machines while I was finishing off the check in process. So friendly, caring and helpful.

The view out our window of the river in the morning was so nice to see. Scenic and so calming.
