Good for a one night stay
Pros:

The location was very near my in-laws house, also near eateries and amenities, ample of street parkings.

Cons:

The bed was not firm enough anymore and was sagging in the middle.

Pros:

Location near to eateries. Hotel fulfilled our request for city view rooms.

Cons:

No connecting room. Need to change room with no window due to water supply disruption. Should have been told about the issue during check-in. The new room was full of mosquitoes, need to get aerosol from d reception. My kids room was okay.

Pros:

Location cantik, senang parking, ada lif senang bawa barang.

Cons:

Katil tak nampak macam dalam gambar masa booking. Tapi nasib baik booking memang untuk tidur je 😅😅

The room was ok but the associates needed training
Pros:

- Decent room size for a family of 3 to 4 people for 1 or 2 night stay
- Clean
- Water dispenser available
- A lot of shops nearby and all walking distance

Cons:

- Staff could be more friendly in welcoming guest (Malay lady) even just a smile. That hospitality is about.
- No official registration card or form was signed upon check in (not sure if it is hotel policy if booking thru OTA does not require that)
