Disappointing
Pros:

When a typical Brazzaville rainstorm occurred, my room flooded and had to be mopped out. The breakfast buffet was absolutely awful. The chafing dishes containing 'hot' items had no warming and the food was ice cold - eggs, everything. Dinners were good on quantity, average to poor on quality. Closets had only 4-5 old bent wire hangers - no pants or suit hangers. On checkout the network wasn't working to process credit cards!

I will most likely stay there again if I travel to Brazzaville. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Pros:

A good deal for a 3.5 stars hotel.
The staff is friendly and very helpfull.
Rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent.
Overall you get what you pay for, and it is downtown.
