Dirty glasses from previous guest in room. Shower didn't drain, despite the fact that the shower pressure was non existent anyway.

Convenient, clean hotel

Overall, the stay was really good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice. We asked if we could switch rooms because our original room did not have a door to the bathroom. They switched us to a room that did have a door. We saw very positive reviews about the breakfast so we decided to do that but this was absolutely not worth it. We chose the more expensive option which supposedly included the basic breakfast items on top of the extra items but we never got the basic items. We eventually asked if we were getting anything else and we got a gross fruit cup. We got one cup of tea and they never asked if we wanted anything else to drink. I wouldn’t spend my money on this again.

The staff at the hotel are excellent in all levels. Very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. From the front desk staff to the breakfast service and bartenders - a very positive experience all around.

Super nice hotel - we’ve stayed in many different hotels and locations around Paris and this is by far the best we’ve had!

Nice accessible area. Close to everything Paris! Room is a bit tight, but worked well for us. Staff get a 10 out of 10! They went above and beyond to help me see a doctor within 30 minutes. Even did some preliminary paperwork for me since I don’t read French. Nice breakfast, too.

Great little hotel. Super convenient location.

The hotel was well located and the room was comfortable. Only problem was that the bedroom’s door was left open when I returned one afternoon. Luckily nothing was missing or stolen. But it did worry me that anyone could have entered my room.

The hotel staff was lovely and extremely accommodating, which was much appreciated. We were able to check in early because our room was ready. The cleaning staff came everyday and left fresh towels. There was great shopping within a short walk as well. I would undoubtedly recommend!
