Great stay
Pros:

Location was close to isle of palms beach, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool needed to be cleaned daily. We were there 4 days and the leaves and debris were worse every day.

Pros:

The desk clerk at check in was the friendliest we have ever encountered anywhere, but that clerk at checkout was rude, snobbish and moved like dead lice was falling off her. No smile, no thank you for staying with us, nothing! A man that worked there walked out from an office behind the desk, while we were waiting on the desk clerk to return from getting her breakfast at the hotel breakfast bar, and he never said can I help you, hello, kiss my butt or anything. If the staff do not improve with this type of service, I am not sure I will stay here again.

Cons:

I liked that you had full privacy in the room. The noise was so minimal, it was great! Room was nice.

Pros:

Didn’t get the chance to see the property because they overbooked me.

Cons:

Nothing, because I had a late check-in and had to find a way late at night to reach the other hotel they relocated me to. Horrible experience!
