Room seemed to be clean, roomy, and comfortable

Cons:

We did arrive a little early and was turned away due to they were busy. Which is fine but the person at check in did not even look to see if they room was available or not. When we got back in our car and on the road so we could come back later for check in, we got a call that we could come back that our room was ready. If they looked to begin with we wouldn't have been 10 minutes down the road. We did not turn around. Then the next morning, my daughter forgot her toothbrush, the sign in the room said we could ask for one at the front desk, we were met with the same person at the desk as the morning before. When asked about a toothbrush, she immediately said they didn't have any. Never got up to look, just no. My take away, she did not what to be there.

The lady that did the breakfast, was kind and caring. She was helpful.

Cons:

The front desk staff was awful. We had traveled to the area for a concert. When we got back from the concert, there were no parking spots at the hotel. After waiting 20 minutes for a front desk person to show up, we were told to park at the restaurant next door and hope we didn’t get towed.

Overall the stay was good and the location can't be beat.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. there was a good variety to choose from and everything tasted great. staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Wasn't too fond of the view of the roof out our window. The blinds were broken so we couldn't close them. The room was lit up like day time all night so it was hard to sleep.

Always a safe, pleasant stay close to everything.
Pros:

The breakfast cheese omelette s were good even though prob frozen item . I enjoyed the turkey sausage — had never tried it. Bagel abd yogurt were good. I like cinnamon raisin.
Had a good selection; clean; staff very nice snd helpful.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. I have stayed here before and will continue to when I want to come to the ocean at Isle of palms. Sol restaurant across the street had excellent food also.
