Hotel au centre de Praia
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au pied du plateau et proche du marché et du départ des collectivos. Chambres confortables et restaurant sur le toit très sympathique. Personnel efficace, agréable et disponible. Le patron est français et plusieurs employés parlent français.

Cons:

Chambres un peu bruyantes sur la rue et chien qui aboie toute la soirée et même la nuit. Un peu cher peut-être pour le cap vert.

Boa estadia num hotel modesto mas com qualidade para os parâmetros africanos
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era muito bom… todos os dias tínhamos bolo caseiro, frutas e ovos/ omeletes sempre variados! E numa sala arejada com vista sobre a cidade!

Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant. Et merci au gérant de nous avoir organisé les transferts aéroport hôtel et retour les 3 fois une nuit où nous sommes venus durant nos 15 jours au cap vert.
Il nous a aussi réservé 1 table dans un très bon restaurant avec de la musique. Il nous y a amené en voiture et a géré le taxi du retour.
Un grand merci à lui.

Begeistert und jetzt nach Doppelabbuchung erst einmal schockiert

Leider hat das Hotel, als ich mit meiner Visa-Karte bezahlt habe, den gleichen Betrag zweimal erhalten. Beim ersten Zahlvorgang hatte das Gerät offenbar nicht funktioniert, deshalb musste ich ein an einem zweiten Gerät den gleichen Betrag noch einmal bezahlen. Diesmal funktionierte es - aber später merkte ich, dass er auch beim erstenmal schon abgebucht worden war. Ich hoffte, ich könnte mit einer Mail ans Hotel die Sache schnell aufklären - das ist jetzt einen Monat her und immer noch keine Antwort. Es geht um einen Betrag von fast € 390, den ich vielleicht nie wiedersehen werde. (Ich hoffe aber immer noch, denn eigentlich waren wir ansonsten begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen)

Petit hôtel sympathique
Pros:

Hôtel situé à 10 minutes à pied de Plateau . Bon restaurant sur le rooftop . Personnel très aimable. L’hôtel peut organiser des excursions avec guide et donner une voiture en location.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur une rue au trafic dense et était donc un peu trop bruyante.
