La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

La douche en mauvais état. La nourriture correcte mais sans plus et une longue attente du repas (jusqu’à une heure). Environnement bruyant (chiens surtout et circulation).

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en 10 minutos estás en el centro. La habitación está muy limpia y el baño es muy nuevo.

Cons:

El desayuno es bastante flojo, te ponen lo que les va sobrando de la cena del día anterior y un día prácticamente no había cosas.

Con tarjeta te cobran un 2,5% más, aunque te lo avisan previamente.

Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich und hatte oft großartige Tipps für uns und organisierte uns diverse Transfers (u.a. zum Flughafen und nach Tarrafal) zu vorher fest ausgemachten fairen Preisen. Wir empfehlen dies Hotel auf jeden Fall. Übrigens, nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich in Kap Verde: Ein Aufzug!

Hôtel bien placé dans le centre de Praia.
Pros:

Très bon accueil de la responsable et de son équipe. Personnel réactif à nos demandes. La chambre 12 est spacieuse avec, un grand placard avec un petit réfrigérateur, un long meuble pour poser différents objets, un fauteuil, une grande salle de bain avec une grande douche. L'eau chaude arrive rapidement. L'hôtel est au pied du plateau ( zone piétonne touristique ) 15mn à pied ou 3 mn en voiture ( le soir stationner près de l'ambassade des états-unis, c'est gratuit). Il y a un parking en terre battue à côté de l'hôtel ( nous avons toujours eu de la place ). Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, copieux avec du sucré et du salé.

Cons:

Nous avons diner un soir à l'hôtel, éviter les crevettes congelées.
Chambres 12, les matelas sont à ressorts, pas très confortables.
Les chiens du quartier qui aboient souvent tard le soir.

Excellent location and service. Worth the cost
