Naumi Hotel Dubai

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and overall I really like it. The price is relatively good for what the hotel offers, and it feels like good value for money.

The premises are nice and the rooms are big, which makes the stay comfortable. The rooftop pool is a real highlight — it’s amazing, with lovely views and a great atmosphere. It’s a little on the small side and could use a bit of updating, but it’s still a fantastic feature.

One suggestion: it would be great to have more food and drink options up there.

The location is a bit remote, but there are some supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. Overall, a solid choice and I’d stay again.

I had a disappointing experience with Naumi Dubai. Despite facing unfortunate circumstances that prevented my travel, I approached the hotel with a request to reschedule my reservation. Unfortunately, they were inflexible and refused to offer a refund or any flexibility. What was even more upsetting was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff, who showed little regard for my situation or the importance of customer care.

Customer service and understanding should be a priority, especially in challenging times, but I felt that Naumi Dubai lacked empathy and professionalism in handling my case. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who value flexibility and considerate service.

I had a pleasant one/week stay at Naumi hotel and was extremely pleased with the service received and the amenities. They were also flexible in accommodating a cleaning request late in the afternoon. Conveniently located close to Red Line Metro in the Barsha Heights area. Price was competitive too. Would definitely recommend.

Would not stay there again. Room smells and as soon as you get out of the elevator the carpet smell is unpleasant. The room is old and the shower was broken and water not hot it takes 10-15 mins to start warming up. USB charger wasn’t working. Felt itchy in bed not sure if there were bed bugs.
The breakfast was nice.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and attentive. However the room had a foul smell of mold, the towels had stains and the hairdryer was not working (the staff fixed it though within 10 minutes). Breakfast was basic and although included in the price we had to pay extra for the coffee which was strange.

I recently stayed at Naumi hotel and had a positive experience overall. Check-in was fast and seamless, and the room service was reliable and timely. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to malls, downtown, and a variety of nearby restaurants, which made exploring the area very convenient.

The only area I’d suggest improving is breakfast. A wider variety of breakfast options would be appreciated to start the day off right.

Would I stay here again? Yes, overall I’d be happy to return, especially for the convenient location and efficient service. If the breakfast menu were expanded, it would make an already good experience even better.

We had a wonderful stay in your hotel.Everything was perfect : clean , spacious room with a great view of the Dubai Marina , comfortable beds, safe environment, 5- min. walk from metro station, excellent breakfast, roof pool , friendly and helpful staff. We would visit your hotel again. We highly recommend it !

What a lovely hotel.

We were checked in quick and easy.
The rooms are very clean and the pool was amazing.

Zakil was in credible, he was always smiling and very helpful when looking for places to eat and drink,

It’s a 5 minute walk to a lovely bar called Nameste.

worst hotel ever, the master switch can not turn off the light in the night, so I have to waited until 2 AM to sleep. And the reply of the management team is lik "it happens everywhere" , can you believe it?

Nice place, very good hotel, super staff. A door from the parking leads directly to the metro station, even you don't have time to feel the weather outside :) Best value for money, in my opinion. Markets just aside, in a walking distance, free shuttles to different location and a travel agent right in a lobby to choose some great leisure activity.

This my third stay at Naumi Hotel Dubai and had a really nice experience — the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for getting around the city. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were good for a relaxing stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Dubai.

Great location, clean rooms, and great staff, especially Zakir and Harshi. Stayed for 5 days, and everything was up to standard. Tips: Use your room card if you want to go to the supermarket at the gas station, the one behind the hotel. There's a door at the parking that you can use

Brilliant hotel. Marah was fantastic at reception, sorted all issues. And Zakir was also really good and helped. Location and facilities perfect and very near Metro.

Everyday is same B'fast. Unless you ask, housekeeping is not done. The shuttle bus service to Outlet Mall needs drastic improvement.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room service and restaurant were excellent – the dishes were delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Absolutely top quality!
The location of the hotel is also perfect, making it easy to enjoy the trip to the fullest.
I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, outstanding service, and excellent food. We will definitely come back with great pleasure!
