Hotel Bliss Frankfurt

The positives: staff were great, location was close to transportation and shops, and I didn't hear much noise from other guests or outside. The negatives: some of the furniture was quite worn, the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy (but not unsafe), and I had to ask for a kettle as there wasn't one in my room.

The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt main station with easy access to trams and central Frankfurt is within walking distance of 15 - 20 minutes.


Overall everything about the hotel has been excellent from check-in to House keeping service.

The hotel haa clean lobby, check-in was easy. The room was tidy but no complimentary coffee in the room. The bath towels smell some mildew. Only toiletries complimentary was soap

The staff was very nice and we appreciated a modern bathroom

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. It is conveniently close to the rail station but the area around the hotel was dirty and feels unsafe particularly in the evening. Otherwise it is a short walk to vey nice sights.

The Hotel is fine. You get what you pay for.
The only detail is the surrounding streets. You have to be careful with some people they walk near by

No parking garage and parking around parking around hotel almost impossible

Nicely designed hotel and rooms, simple and understated. Some Pros and Cons:

Pros:
- Staff were friendly
- Location close to station and Messe
- Design of room was nice

Cons:
- AC did not work, room very warm
- Hairdryer like a light breeze
- Curtains didn't cover whole window
- Advertised SKY UK channels, but non-existent on TV
- Bar is not really a bar, little misleading from photo, its bottles only and really just the reception. Unmanned.
- Breakfast OK, continental.
- Area nearby was a little sketchy at night, homeless shelter 2x doors down, and attracted crowds in evening. Didn't feel that safe walking alone at night.
- 2x lamps didn't work in room

Overall needs a bit of T&C. Whilst the details missing are small, they add up to an under-par stay.

Very cosy and comfortable hotel , quite near Messe, 5 minutes walk , will always stay here when attending Messe

Pretty average hotel near Frankfurt hbf , location is convenient but not a very nice area. Staff could be more friendly but in general it was ok

So, I first want to mention, this place was on the cheaper side, so my expectations weren’t extremely high. I appreciated the price. The bathroom smelled weird, refrigerator didn’t work, and the remote battery compartment broken. If you decide to stay here, just know, you’ll be getting what you pay for. If you are easily startled by homeless people, you shouldn’t stay here. All that being said, it wasn’t the nicest or cleanest, but I enjoyed my stay for what it was.

Such a poor hotel. Wouldn’t recommend. It says it’s 4 stars but that has to be a lie. The AC didn’t work so at night the room was so hot even in late October. The fridge didn’t work and when I spoke to the front desk they just laughed it off. The room was dusty. I had breakfast included but I had to go to a different hotel. Also I was supposed to have WiFi but they cut off the night before I was supposed to check out.
