Important information:

Please note that the shuttle service to Bolzano Airport and Ponte Gardena Train Station comes at extra costs. The shuttle service is available from 8:30 until 12:00 in winter.

While outdoor parking is free and reservation is not needed, parking in the garage 394 feet from the property is at extra charge and reservation is required.

The spa center is open from 16:00 until 19:00 during summer, and from 14:30 until 19:00 during winter.

Use of solarium and hot tub is at an additional cost.

Please note that the price for half-board does not include drinks.

Hotel Armin har 3 stjärnor, men skulle säga att de skulle ha 4 stjärnor. Ser framemot att återkomma.
Pros:

Ett väldigt genuint och familjärt hotell. Personalen är fantastisk och maten suverän, både frukosten och 5-rätters middagen på kvällen. Väldigt mysigt och fräscht med bra läge i byn och ski-shuttle till liftarna. Vi trivdes otroligt bra under den vecka vi var där, allt är toppen!!! Tack för en magisk vecka!!!

Good service, nice looking and older aesthetic interior.
Pros:

Every staff member had a big smile on them, and were very helpful to when i had any questions about something outside the hotel. Good service overall. Nice older aesthetic interior

Cons:

I only found one socket in the main room for charging. Other then thst it was good.

Готель працює на клієнтоорієнтованість. Слова « ні» взагалі для клієнта у робітників готелю немає. Кожне прохання або проблема вирішується миттєво. Сервіс високого рівня. Вас всіх будуть вже знати через 1-2 дні і намагатися розмовляти вашою мовою, і бути вам максимально корисними ( весь персонал , від головного менеджера Романи до водія, прибиральниці і офіціантів). За вас турбується вся команда готелю.

Гарна локація -в центрі і біля підйомників.
Кожен день вас відвезуть до підйомника, хоча вони всі в пишному доступу. Крім цю цього надають безкоштовно bus ticket!
Безкоштовна парковка.
Вбирання кожен день. Зміна рушників і постілі -теж.
Кухня- неймовірна. Неймовірно смачно і презентабельно. Дуже затишний ресторан. Раджу брати обовʼязково не тільки сніданки, а й вечері. Кожен день нові смачні різноманітні страви, смачні вина, вишукані десерти, якісне і швидке обслуговування.

Buon albergo e ottimo personale ma il prezzo è eccessivo

l'albergo è molto pulito tutto il personale è estremamente cortese e professionale e la posizione è super centrale.
