Nous avons mis 45 minutes pour nous garer car le parking de l'hotel etait plein.

Tonight was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences we have ever had with a hotel. My elderly parents had fully prepaid for their room, arrived late at night exhausted after traveling, and were denied check-in simply because they could only pay the deposit in cash. We understand that hotels have policies, but what shocked us was the complete lack of humanity and basic compassion from the staff.
Instead of trying to help, offering alternatives, or even allowing them time to book another place safely, the front desk staff treated them terribly. The woman at the desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and borderline harassing toward two senior people who were already under a lot of stress. My parents were left standing outside in the middle of the night, frightened and humiliated, despite already paying for their stay in full.
This was not just “following policy” — this was inhumane treatment. There was absolutely no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to help vulnerable guests in a difficult situation. My mother and father experienced enormous stress before an important upcoming trip, and no elderly people should ever be treated this way by hospitality staff.
We are deeply disappointed and honestly heartbroken by how cruel and unprofessional this experience was.

Un alojamiento equipado con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia corta cerca al aeropuerto. Al momento del check in se debió dejar un depósito de $50, el cual es reintegrado unos días después. Durante el check out nos permitieron guardar el equipaje, ya que nuestro vuelo salía hasta por la noche. Desayuno tipo buffet, personal muy amable.
El aseo de las toallas puede ser mejor, pero estaba aceptable.
Clean and a good location
Bar closed at 11:00 and could have stayed open. Also on the top floor there is a loud hum that comes from the roof.
Room was comfortable, clean and staff was very friendly
It did not offer an airport shuttle as was stated when I booked online. The extra cost of transport to the airport and car rental was not expected. The menu was lacking both at breakfast and bar

Schnell von Flughafen zu erreichen, was nach einem langen Flug sehr angenehm ist.
Super breakfast - now they have plant based sausage. Best part of the stay. Very clean and the shower actually had good hot water.
Shuttle to or from airport would be nice - expensive to get there if you arrrive in rush hour. Round trip fm airport was about 30% of the cost of the room. Trump oil was the cause.
