1. The A/C did not work. It was uncomfortably hot. Too hot to sleep.
2. The staff are terribly unhelpful. For example, I was watching while a staff member told a family with a small
Child that they are too early and cannot check in. In less than five minutes her colleague checked in 4 guests — while that family was still in the lobby wrestling with their suitcase and baby. The only difference I could see was the family was Muslim and spoke English; the other guests were white and spoke German. two minutes before the family a gay couple were told no rooms were ready. The appearances are terrible. It would not be so striking but that the entire sequence of events happened within 10-15 minutes.

Most of the staff were lovely and although the matress had a small dip, we would stay here again

Central, clean, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As a four star hotel I would expect a firmer mattress, no dip, and pillows that were not lumpy. I would also expect that there would be usb plugs points for phone charging cables, or that housekeeping would have spares to loan to guests.

Wir würden wieder kommen und bei der Buchung einiges beachten

Die Lage war super 👍, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Leider habe ich bei der Buchung Queensize mit Kingsize verwechselt so das wir uns als älteres Paar ein 1,50m Bett teilen mussten. Anderes Zimmer ging nicht, da ausgebucht.Es gab nur eine Ablage neben dem Bett und ansonsten keine Ablagen mehr lediglich für die Kleidung an der Wand ein paar Haken und Kleiderbügel. Das Frühstück war keine 25€wert ( Rührei eklig weich) .
