Il ristorante vale il soggiorno
Pros:

Personale cortese. Hotel adatto per soggiorni di lavoro. parcheggio disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante.

Cons:

La struttura è un po' vecchiotta anche se tenuta bene. Alcune cose sono migliorabili. I neon in camera e in bagno ormai sono fuori luogo. La pulizia è senz'altro ben fatta ma la moquette vecchia da comunque un idea di poco pulito.
Nella mia camera non funzionava la televisione. il cavo dell'antenna era rotto. L'ho sistemato provvisoriamente e la Tv funzionava. Stessa cosa per l'abatjour, non funzionava ma era solo svitata la lampadina. Anche il filtro del rubinetto in bagno andrebbe sostituito. Un po' più di attenzione a questi dettagli avrebbero consentito un punteggio più alto perchè in fondo a Villa Monica si sta bene.

Buona colazione, abbastanza varia ottime le torte, stuttura silenziosa e con parcheggio interno, ambienti puliti e curati,

Cons:

Arredi fatiscenti. Mancanza di frigo. Mancanza di cuscini o coperte aggiuntive. Phon dwbolissimo. Doccia scadente. Telvisione piccola. Materasso scomodo/vecchio. Impossibilita di uscire dopo le 23 (anche solo per andare a fumare ( chiudono la porta che fra l'altro anche pericoloso in termini di sicurezza in caso di incendio)

Go there for a resting night, after a very good dinner!
Pros:

Delicious yet affordable dinner: the in house restaurant serves excellent fish or meat food with the so-calked business menu.

Although on a main road in Prata, the property is isolated from loud noises and feels very much like being near the countryside

Cons:

The AC didn’t work to my liking, but then is importantly to note that Italians are not fans of the AC.

The temple of fine seafood dining
Pros:

he restaurant is locally a very popular one. I tried their food and it almost moved me to tears! That’s how seafood is supposed to be cooked! Unbelievable quality and service.

Cons:

Rooms should be improved: no climatizing system available and not-so-comfortable beds.
