Pros:

The room was exactly as described, very clean, with towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries provided. Small but functional. The room was warm and comfortable despite the freezing outdoor temperatures. The staff were very helpful, answering all of our questions and giving us some recommendations. Conveniently close to a metro stop, and in reasonable (30ish minutes) walking distance to many sights in DC.
