I had to pay the deposit twice bc the staff accidently refunded the first deposit I paid and even tho I did not get that accidental refund back for 5 days after we checked out they demanded I pay again to ensure they had their deposit. I rented this room for one night and the deposits costs more than the room itself! It put a damper on my stay and really stressed me out. I thought it was a terrible way to handle their mistake but I paid it twice bc they said if I didn't I would have to leave and I booked this room to let my daughter swim for her birthday. I even talked to the manager and he still admitted it was their systems fault but I was required to slide my card again. After that I wasn't able to like much about the stay. I did get both deposits back days later after I checked out but it still was not handled properly I don't believe.
They could have taken responsibility for their error instead of me having to pay my deposit twice.

Nothing I didn't like
Location, cleanliness. Kind, trustworthy staff. I left my prescription medicine there and didn’t realize I left it until we reached Fort Walton Beach, FL. I called them immediately and they reported that housekeeping had brought it to the office and they would keep it until our return to the property 7 days later. When we returned, my medication was waiting on me. I thank them very much for keeping it for me!! We stay there every year and will continue!

Great experience at La Quinta Cleveland TN. It is convenient to everything. There is shopping, activities, gas, and great food. We enjoyed the free breakfast at the La Quinta before we went rafting.
