Pros:

Close to the old town with a few restaurants nearby to enjoy a nice meal. Clean and cosy for a night stay. The breakfast and parking were a plus.

Amazing location…but that’s it 🙁
Pros:

Superb location, lovely sized room, very friendly greeting when I arrived and the gentleman I saw when checking out was very polite.

Cons:

After a really lovely greeting upon arrival it was literally “set and then forget”. I saw no staff in the hotel until the morning I left and he was in the restaurant that was hardly ever open. My stay included breakfast but that wasn’t going to happen. In the five nights I was there, there was no housekeeping done during my entire stay, I had to buy my own toilet paper to get through my stay, I messaged the hotel (albeit Christmas Day) for something I felt urgent and still have had no response, communication poor, room was cold, shampoo was used for soap, it took a long while for the hot water in the shower to come on….I was very underwhelmed. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
