Príjemný menší hotel s milým personálom a skvelou polohou
Pros:

Hotel má výbornú polohu, naša izba mala aj výhľad na hrad. Personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný. Parkovať sme mohli aj pred check-in a check-out, čo sme veľmi ocenili. Celkovo príjemný menší hotel, pekne sa o neho starajú, čistota je skvelá. Raňajky sú menšie, ale nič nechýba. Výhoda je, že spravia na objednávku teplé jedlo (praženica atď.) a káva je v cene (nie len tá raňajková z automatu).

Cons:

V sprche takmer nemožné nastaviť teplotu vody, tiež je dosť slabý prúd vody. Vybavenie izieb je síce dostatočné a vo vintage štýle, ale kvalitou ani dizajnom nezodpovedá úrovni 4*. Raňajky pre 4r. dieťa sú spoplatnené sumou 10€ (dospelý 12€), čo je neštandardné, väčšinou sa ani za takto malé dieťa vôbec neplatí. V sobotu nás rušila hlasná hudba z diskotéky aj po 22. V TV by sa hodil aspoň jeden detský kanál s rozprávkami.

Určite hotel odporúčame, radi prídeme zasa.
Pros:

Hotel je veľmi pekný a príjemný, hneď na Hurbanovom námestí, z okien izby sme videli priamo na zámok. Izby sú krásne zariadené historickým nábytkom, nechýba klíma, TV, wifi. Kúpeľňa patriaca k izbe je pekná a funkčná. Na izbe nás čakali uteráky, osušky, župany a papuče. Všetko bolo čisté, izby vyvetrane. Mali sme zaplatené aj raňajky vo forme švédskych stolov a boli naozaj čerstvé a chutné.

Cons:

V lete by mohli byť na oknách sieťky, ale to je len malinké mínus.
