Hotel was in nice condition for its age. The real upside was each member of the staff I met was truly great. Welcoming, polite, personable….just fun to interact with.
Breakfast was good and the guy that ran it was delightful in addition to pointing out to me that my wallet and cash had fallen out of my pocket….honesty and helpfulness at its best.

I went to this place because I was having out patient surgery. I called the hotel after I booked it and explained this to them. My room was next to the elevator. Noisey with folks coming and going. The bed was hard and the pillows were made into balls making them a mess to deal with.

I called the front desk and they said I could not move to another room because they were sold out. Their solution was to give me ear plugs. Very polite but uncaring. They increased my stress and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Between the noise of people coming and going and the bad bed I got no sleep.

I placed this reservation over a month ago. Just being polite to a customer and doing nothing to resolve their issue is rotten customer service.

I won't be back, I will tell friends and family about this and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was pretty good except for the black mold on the shower curtain

The girl at front desk was amazing. Very helpful.

The covers on the bed are too thin. We froze at 74° in the room.

Short on staff. Pool needed cleaning. Bedding was very thin and very small pillows. We had to ask for an extra blanket. Breakfast was good. We came for my nephews funeral. I asked to check in an hour early but they refused without charging me an extra $25. I thought that was very per customer service when the room was ready.

A clean nice hotel. Pretty basic but does have a mini fridge. You have to ask for room service, witch is not disclosed at check in.

Nice room and an excellent place to stay. The breakfast was average.

This was a surprise we booked about an hour before arrival on Expedia. Everything was ready as soon as we arrived would definitely visit next time we are through that area. Highly recommended

Good property for the price. Nice and clean.

The location and parking were perfect. The bed was a bit too firm/hard and the pullout sofa bed was like sleeping on a blanket thrown over springs-very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good.

It was not clean. The food area was spotless, but the rooms were gross. Shower was dirty and milky stains on wooden headboard. We had to clean the room before we wanted to sleep. Also, bugs (dead and alive) in pull out couch.

Sheets were old and torn, shower head only sprayed through a few holes, toilet lever broken

The staff were very courteous and the accommodations were great!
