Czysto przez 4 dni dwa razy była zmieniona pościel i ręczniki i codziennie było sprzątane, bardzo miła Pani w recepcji, bardzo dobry kontakt, lokalizacja super blisko dworca autobusowego i pociągu i dwa fajne lokale z kawą i ciasteczkami 🥰

Les lits étaient très confortables, la chambre spacieuse. La salle de bain était très bien également.

L 'énorme problème de trouver à notre arrivée l 'ascenseur en panne!!!
5 étages( qui en valent le double, vue la hauteur sous plafond) à pied avec des bagages et des personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les marches, c est un coup dur. Personne pour nous accueillir ni nous aiguiller ni quoique ce soit alors qu on avait précisément choisi cet établissement pour l'ascenseur. Il aurait été a minima correct de nous prévenir en amont pour qu'on puisse trouver un autre établissement plus adapté à notre situation physique.

Barely passable as a 2 star
Pros:

The hotel was well located and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly and there was a lot of dust under the beds. The linen didn’t look very clean. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The hot water didn’t warm up properly one evening. The pillows were uncomfortable and flat. The elevator was not working one day and our room was on the fifth floor.
