Surprisingly nice!

Dissapointing
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent for athletes participating in the Two Oceans Ultra marathan and the half marathon.

Cons:

We arrived after our check in time of 2 pm and had to wait an additional 30 minutes before our room was ready. Dinner available was ONLY the buffet/eat all you like. No athlete eats a buffet the night before an Ultra marathon but there was no alternative dinner available. We had to return to our room and order room service.

Amazing.
Pros:

The suite was amazing and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was tasty.
Sufficient toiletries were given.
11am check out as opposed to 10am.

Cons:

Needed bubblebath :)

Great location for southern suburbs
Pros:

Great location for southern suburbs. The hotel is being refurbished so the room we stayed in, and the lobby and cafe, have all been updated and are in excellent condition.

Cons:

Due to the refurbishments there was a lot of building noise during the day.
