It was superb
Pros:

It’s clean,people were friendly at reception and the restaurant.
I loved the free wine bottle.

Cons:

Honestly except for one of the male guest annoying me on the lift(nothing violent or sexual), everything was perfectly fine.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful!

Thank you to the gentleman at reception who took the initiative to cut and remove the plastic covering on our suitcase from the airport. Saved us a call to reception to get scissors after a long day and late flight. Did not get his name but he is worth a special mention!

It was spoiled by the fact that the hotel seemed aggrieved that the booking had been made with Booking.com and we were n

The property and the location are all good and no issues there

Cons:

The issue I have is that the hotel does not seem to like the fact that the booking was made through Booking.com. They would not deal with my query regarding amending the date saying it had to be done through Booking.com
When Booking.com contacted them they got no response from the hotel.
When we questioned the hotel they weren’t really interested .. they just kept saying that it was something for Booking.com to sort .. as if it was a hassle and too much trouble for them.
I won’t book the property again
