The menu is delectable, the complimentary bev hit the spot
there was a big roach in the bathroom
Location was the best, we came to stay here to have close proximity to the start for the 2 Oceans Race. The hotel an it's staff were incredible. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The runners of the marathon were accomodated fully, they were celebrated and really treated amazingly well. The shuttle transporting supporters and runners was on time, all the time.
The ablution facilities downstairs, especially during peak seasons or events, perhaps traffic could be managed and diverted a lot more efficiently.

Noise - rooms are not sound proof we could hear the people in the room next door . Their conversations and bathroom activities . Room was cold
Great reception although my first engagement was not so good as they wanted full payment upfront for the days I will be there. I had planned to settle my bills on checkout as is usual practice. Had to make arrangements on a weekend to have the money sent to me from Kenya. Anyway I loved my stay there though booked on BB. The drivers were courteous but if on a budget hail cab an avoid using the hotel transport, though they are safer if you are a visitor
