The latest renovations is really nice. Nice modern look and feel. Bathroom and shower is nice. Much better experience vs last year. Staff are very friendly. Food is excellent.

Da Startzeit um 05.00 morgens gab es im Hotel das komplette Frühstücksbuffet schon ab 03.00 Uhr 🙌🏼🥳 Wahnsinnig toller Empfang für jeden Hotelgast/finisher nach dem Lauf (inkl eigens kreierte Medaille des Hotels 😍)

It was good variety/ they have more options to pick from, pastries the usual bed a breakfast but also, healthy options/ Low GI etc.
I have no complaints
The hospitality was great. We were offered information on our arrival about the shuttle service to the University of Cape town which was an excellent surprise. A well organised welcoming ceremony was also well executed with medals after running out respective distances.

One of the best experiences staying in a hotel.
Staff exceptional kind and supportive, friendly and warm hearted.
We were running the Two Ocean Marathon with the location of the hotel directly opposite the starting point…. Meaning a couple of more minutes to lay in before 17’000 athletes start the run.
Everything was excellent and the cherry on top was the hero welcome they gave every Two Oceans marathon participant after their race and how they went the extra mile before the race too by serving breakfast and coffee in the early hours before the race.
