Cons:

We stayed in a great room this time, last time the aircon was very tricky to work and the bathroom was attached ensure which wasn't as nice as this time.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Amazing view, super friendly staff and nice big apartments. Always my first choice when I'm back in London.

Cons:

Small cleaning things like hair found on the sofa but easily sorted when mentioned to the team.

Housekeeping, cleaning was a disappointment. I had to ask twice to get the room cleaned, sheets and towels changed even once during our 11-day stay.

Clean, comfortable studio room. Very convenient London location.

Cons:

I'd score 8-9 if it wasn't for three things. These are all easily fixable and would make a big difference to your guests:
1) Only one lift, out of two, was working for 21 floors.
2) No wifi - had to try those of neighbouring rooms (was sent a list of these via WhatsApp when trying to sort this out - most didn't work)
3) Door keys disabled and/or door lock battery ran out, so we were unable to get back in to room to leave for train in the morning. Nearly missed it...

Die Lage und die Gegend sind sehr schön und sicher. Das Appartement hat alles da, was man zum kochen braucht und Leben braucht. Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett inklusive.

Cons:

Das Bett ist etwas hart und schmal für zwei Personen. Und es gibt nur eine große Bettdecke, die man sich teilen muss. Das ist meckern auf höchstem Niveau, da alles echt super ist.

One of the lift was broken when we came, we had to wait long for it

Great friendly staff, tidy room. Perfect for a short weekend away or longer.
Pros:

Great kitchen, very clean. Great views from the higher floors. Seemed like a very safe area. Coffee shop on the ground floor looked nice, however went elsewhere. Close to tube station. Provided washing up liquid and a dishwasher tablet. Aircon and heating was great.

Cons:

Bed sheets had ink stains on and were quite rough. One lift out of order so had to wait a while for lifts. Bin was hard to find. Couldn’t cast device to the TV to watch Netflix despite it saying we could. Sofa had stains on.

Nice stay but room for improvement should they wish .
Pros:

Nice sized rooms, handy location , friendly staff.

Cons:

After staying the last four times I would recommend they consider changing the beds as they are not the most comfortable .Additionally I find the 40£ charge for an additional bed excessive given the type of additional bed provided . Consideration should also be given to repeat customers with check in-out times . Given that there is no daily cleaning this should be manageable if the cleaning department was more efficient .
