O aparthotel (Quarto + Sala e Cozinha + Banheiro) é excelente, a cozinha é completa super espaçoso, ótimo para quem viaja em família ou casal.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom, porém é um cardápio fixo, se for ficar 3 ou mais dias, não recomendo, se torna enjoativo. O Hotel tem dois elevadores, mas apenas um estava funcionando, gerando um tempo grande de espera algumas vezes.

This hotel does not care about cleanliness.
Pros:

I liked that I only paid for 1 night. And didn’t waste my money twice on a room that someone couldn’t be arsed to clean properly.

Cons:

This is unfortunately a very dirty hotel. The hotels
aesthetic was nice but cleanliness matters more. The first room smelled like damp, with dirty cutlery left in the room from previous users. I asked for a different room as the smell was not bearable. The second room had crumbs and bits of food on the floor and the surfaces. Along with the scariest looking stains on the sofa which I couldn’t possibly sit on.

there is just no cleanliness in the rooms. age old dirt below the bed . hairs sticking to sofa and stuff like that. our infant daughter could not stop sneezing entire time because of the same.

Upscale hostel in a convenient location
Pros:

Stayed 10 days for business, location was convenient, close to tube and buses, City but also Spitalfields and Shoreditch in walking distance; staff at reception was friendly. Layout of their units is fine, furnished in minimalist Ikea-style; view to London Bridge nice. Clean overall apart from broken aircon (changed room), really stained sofa (asked for a blanket to put over), smelly bathroom (maintenance took care of it) and one of the two lifts didn’t work (no change during the time of my stay).

Amazing stay
Pros:

Very spacious room with plenty of space. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little place
Pros:

Nice place. We booked the studio room, which was a little smaller than expected. Maybe should have gone for the suite. It was located on the 16th floor, which had nice views. The check in process was pretty smooth. The property was clean. We only stayed for the night so didn't get the chance to experience much, but would recommend. Some of the softest towels I have ever experienced in a hotel. Absolutely gorgeously soft!!
