Frustrating and poor customer service
Pros:

We have stayed before and had a good experience. This time we did not. This hotel has very comfortable beds and is usually very clean. We did not have a good experience this time.

Cons:

We arrived at 9 p.m. and checked in. We had reserved a room with two queen beds. After a long day on the road we were tired, got up to our room and it had one queen bed and a sofa. There were four of us. I went back down to tell the desk that we had received the wrong room and his response was, “we don’t have any more double queen rooms available, but the room I gave you has a sofa bed.” I explained that we had reserved the room with two when beds and again he said they didn’t have any left. I got a little upset and told him he needed to find one or comp us another room with a single queen.
Suddenly there was another room available with a handicap shower.
The shower in the bathroom flooded the entire no bathroom every tim3 we used it, requiring us to go down and ask for more towels.
It was a huge mess and after all that we weren’t offered any condensation for the mix up or the mess we had to deal with.

We gave them another chance the next time we stayed and they did better but it was nit a good stay.

I liked the location and the room was a decent size.

Cons:

The room had not been vacuumed when I arrived, because there was crumbs all over the floor. But I did let the front desk know and they had housekeeping come vacuum. Also on my second day, my room was not cleaned. Dirty towels were left on the floor and not restocked, trash cans was not emptied, and toilet tissue was not restocked.

Cons:

No one at front desk to welcome you when you walk in and I was there in the afternoon at check in time. Lobby was empty!
