Stolen money. Hotel not honoring booking
Pros:

I've already emailed your support staff regarding this. The hotel refused to honor the booking and said it was a fake listing. I had to book another hotel. I want my money back.

The food was good especially coffee.
Pros:

The rooms were decent but the washroom need more ventilation to avoid the strong smell. Overall worth staying.
