Overall ok

This hotel has been good in many ways, location, value for money, etc and etc, but I thought it is imperative to mention or brought to the attention of the owner why in recent months a funeral car has been allowed to park right in the hotel's main car park. This is probably acceptable to some, but utterly discomfort to many others.

stayed a night for business travel , the walls are very thin, you could hear sounds of people talking in the middle of the night of drunk people coming back from drinking. overall the room was ok for short stay. No room service available if you’re hungry

The facade, compound and lobby of the hotel leaves much to be desired and are not exactly pleasing to the eye but the rooms are alright. Located at a main junction or rather a roundabout, it is near the airport, a small mall - City One and many eateries - 101 Kuching although in Kuching, it’s better to drive than walk notwithstanding that certain places are by usual standards, ‘walking distance’. The carpark is split between covered and open air so covered is clearly the choice since it’s in front of the hotel lobby and within the view of the lone security guard sitting at the entrance of the lobby. Never mind the gravel floor of the open air carpark and dim lighting. The hotel lobby is small and simple, and the staff are friendly but only a few speak English. Check in and out is relatively quick although you have to wait for the staff to check your room when you checkout. Carpark is free and you need the room access card to use the lift. The room is tight but sufficiently sized for either 2 pax or 3 (if you don’t mind the squeeze plus additional charge applies for 3 pax), and clean with basic toiletries provided. The safe doesn’t seem to work for both the rooms I booked. TV channels are grossly limited. But overall it’s still a decent, value-for-money hotel to spend a few nights if you don’t mind the lack of facilities.

Good hotel but only my mum cannot find the free Wi-Fi as well as brush and toothpaste

Walkable 10 minute to a food court

Lovely restaurant with limited dIning options. The nearby mall is at best dying.

Had suddenly experienced heavy rain leaking into room. Then the guest next door could be heard through the thin walls. Their tv blast loudly throughout. The sink emitted foul smell when we wash kettle with tapwater . Previously there was no rain and no guest next door and I gave excellent review. This 2nd trip revealed problems. 10 min to airport was why i chose this hotel.

The Hotel room is clean, however, the Hot water supply low pressure.
TV Programe is lauzy, should have more channels.
Most of time Bath Soap was not provide for the next day staying.
Reception service is poor. Most of time booking call in no respond.

During check in it coincided with a big group. Nobody manages the queue and my ageing parents had to wait for everyone else to check in first before our turn.

The receptionist did not specify the floor where my parents, only found out later they put us at different floors, and refused to change room to the same floor for us. We're staying for 4 nights.

Staff attitude is bad. Had to validate room keys everyday (receptionist never told us) and the key can only access to the room floor so created a lot of inconvenience to us. Not to mention the lift broke down on the first day with someone trapped inside and the hotel staff didn't seem to have any sense or urgency to resolve the issue.

Terrible hotel with terrible front desk. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

Very nice hotel with excellence services from all the staff. Definitely recommended for solo travelers.

5 storeys hotel, conveniently located otw airport 6 mins 4km. Is just next door to a mall, and 4 mins walk to plenty of good eateries local & boutique (Premier One and Gala City). Hotel well built & simple, quite well noise insulated despite facing main highway. generally clean (hotel & rooms) but in need of checks & repairs. Eg bedside bulbs no spare parts, tap leaks. No wifi in room furthest from lift lobby. First night, my room AC was not working; changed room, improved but no wifi, bed had mites. Thankfully the cleaner cheerfully responded to change (what?) the next morning. Room safe problematic in both rooms. I wish shower water pressure was stronger, altho thankfully the wafer was hot. Generally, counter was cheerful.

PRO : close proximity to what was important for me.

Bonus : there's a BMW & Volvo dealership just across & beside when you feel like buying one.

Good stay

Located a little outskirt from downtown, the hotel is nearby to various local food courts and eatery, also nearby to the new Gala City shop units for any boba fixes. Hotel is nicely situated next to One City Mall, sufficient parking space and overall comfortable with great bed and blanket. Staffs are friendly and attentive, to accommodate my late night check-in.

There’s a lot of nice food within the hotel vicinity

It’s very convenient hotel. Situated next to the highway from kuching International airport and to the city center. It also next to a shopping mall. Friendly staff and clean room. The only downside is the Cityone mall next to it a bit run down. Easy access with 3 minutes walk to the local eateries places like premier 101 night market and etc. Nearby Samsung office And BWM showrooms.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. Sufficient amenities and staff are friendly and helpful.

The negative part of the hotel is the noise from main road is very loud and the to channels need updating. Perhaps a movie channel.

I been staying with hotel for a few time within this year and last year. The room was comfortable and they always give me good view. The staff are friendly and helpful for a small hotel like this. The wifi a bit slow. The breakfast can say a bit disappointment and the chefs are not that friendly compare with the front desk. For dinner you can always go to 101 food courts (highly recommended by the front staff). Grab easy to get and also taxi. But i would like to compliment the front desk staff ( Joanna Leong) for the good service from the check in time to check out. She always provide a good service everytime i come there and she's the reason for the every visit to this hotel.
