Excellent location! Right in the heart of downtown.

Cons:

Coffee machine in the room was broken. I discovered that unfortunate fact at 4:00 am. The cleaning staff did not change out the coffee items (creamer/sugar/napkin/utensils) from the precious people or replenish the coffee.

Thumbs up from the USAF Pilot Training classs of 71-03 (1969-70)
Pros:

We held our 56-year USAF Pilot Training reunion and used the Holiday Inn Express as our "Base of Operation". A very convenient location with several restaurants, pubs, shopping, and museums within a short walking distance. Despite some renovation taking place on the first floor, all rooms were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit where we would "Hangar Fly" the day's operations. and quiet. Some had a great view of Pensacola Bay and the shipyard. The staff was very helpful in setting up the meeting room for our gathering, and breakfast was excellent, although they had to work around the construction. Special thanks to Starla, the event coordinator.

Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

Property was under renovation. Very loud and messy. Ice machines on floors weren’t working and for what we paid it was not worth it.

Nice Stay
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The location can't be beat as you are in the main downtown area, and you can walk to everything within 5 or 10 minutes. The hotel was really nice, and the breakfast was really good. We liked our room as it was clean and had plenty of room. We didn't have any complaints during our stay.

Short get away from the normal routain
Pros:

Great location down town, nice view out our window of the Bay and perfect morning breakfast.

Cons:

The parking lot in the back needs updated and the tree limbs cut to the entrance.

Amazing, leisurely, stress-free experience as a young couple traveling for the first time
Pros:

Being downtown and surrounded by plenty of beautiful sights and things to do. The facilities in the hotel were great. I didn’t feel stressed at all and everybody was very nice
