A beautiful, luxurious, and perfectly located stay that made our final night in Florence truly memorable.
Pros:

Our stay at Ricasoli Firenze Luxury Apartments was absolutely lovely — a beautiful and luxurious place in the heart of Florence, perfectly located within walking distance of the city’s main sights, and even though we stayed only one night, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Cons:

Nothing at all — even though it was just for one night, everything was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

Modern studio room in great location.
Pros:

Great location, modern studio apartment with cool lighting and furniture. Twin bathrooms which was great but no stand alone shower, shower is inside spa bath so not good access.

Cons:

No walk in shower, mold growing around spa bath.

Comoda come posizione, non confortevole come previsto.
Pros:

La posizione centrale. Letto comodo.

Cons:

La pulizia mancante, c’era del pane vecchio nel forno, il termosifone in bagno pieno di polvere, la vasca idromassaggio non funzionante( funzionava soltanto da un lato), il cambio giornaliero della biancheria non previsto, un solo paio di ciabatte , una sola piccolissima bottiglia di acqua, e due cialde di caffè. Il costo del soggiorno troppo elevato in base ai servizi offerti.

Pros:

Stanza meravigliosa, grande e letti comodissimi. Staff molto disponibile. Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in una struttura li vicino e abbiamo trovato una signora all'accoglienza veramente gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Pulizia discutibile, i bagli non era molto puliti e anche per terra non era il massimo.

До поездки я прочла в отзывах других гостей, что есть проблема с заселением. Я подумала, что если замечания были написаны более 2 месяцев назад, то проблему можно было решить. Возле входной двери случился коллапс: мы, ожидающие на холоде человека с ключами, другие гости, которые не могли попасть в свои номера, так как сломался кодовый замок. Я бы хотела, чтоб проблема с дверью была решена, это странно иметь постоянно раз одну и ту же проблему (
