Pros:

Im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben von den anderen Gästen so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Es ist außerdem sehr gemütlich und nachmittags lodert ein Feuer im Kamin. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super und hat eine schöne und regionale Auswahl. Schönes, kleines Badezimmer und endlich mal eine Dusche, die nicht das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser setzt.

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen. War aber in Ordnung für uns.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Alpengruß! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig, mit frischen regionalen Produkten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Gleichzeitig ist es angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich richtig erholen kann.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Hotel Alpengruß absolut weiterempfehlen!

Disappointed.
Pros:

Room badly designed. Continually hitting our head on steeply angled walls. 3 flights of stairs with no elevator.

Excellent location for Garmisch fun.
Pros:

Single room for 3 people was surprisingly comfortable. One large bed for two people and a single bed for the third. Breakfast was impressive and readily available. Location is superb for Garmisch activities. 5 minutes to Zugspitze cable car and main train station. Cheapest option I could find, but felt genuine and had everything we needed. Excellent value.

Cons:

Shower was short for tall people. Room was on top floor so slanted roof also not ideal for people over 6'.

Wir kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder!
Pros:

Unser Hotelzimmer hatte, wie gebucht, einen Balkon. Auf den Bildern sah er weitaus nicht so ansprechend aus, wie er in wirklich war. Also diese Vorstellung wurde schon übertroffen.
Das Bett hatte eine super Matratze. Nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart, perfekt. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig und die Lüftung hat super funktioniert.
Parkplätze gab es vor der Haustür, parken ging also reibungslos.
In ein paar Gehminuten (900 Meter) ist man am Bahnhof, wo auch die Zugspitzbahn fährt, und somit auch in der Stadt von Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Rundum war es ein toller Kurzurlaub.
Zum reichhaltigen Frühstück konnten wir noch Rührei, Spiegelei oder Pfannkuchen bestellen.

Toller Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war groß, die Dusche toll, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist sensationell! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
