Pros:

Room is nice …..but night at 11:00pm, my room upstairs had noise until 1am...the phone in the room couldn't be used, I couldn't complain to the counter...the phone was just for show maybe.....in the morning I talked to the staff and they didn't seem happy...

An otherwise pleasant stay ruined by drilling which started before 9am.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Facilities are pretty basic.

Cons:

1. Shower stalls do not have separation, so water from the shower stall will overflow to the rest of the bathroom. Hence the floor will always be wet.
2. The hotel does not provide sufficient footwipes. With the bathroom being always wet, it is very uncomfortable to walk out of the bathroom.
3. No bedroom slippers are provided. There is no carpet so the floor is gets cold at night.
4. Renovations were going on at the upper floors & drilling started before 9am. We were not advised to expect the headache inducing noise upon checking in. Management should have monitored these very noisy activities to be conducted after check-oiut time to minimize extreme discomfort for guests.

Highly recommend, great location and staff.
Pros:

The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Bed is also really comfortable, and the location is perfect, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Good water pressure.
