Room not serviced.
Pros:

Awful. I was booked for a 2 night stay. Came back to my room after first day out. Was 5 pm and to my surprise, room had not been serviced. I called the front desk and the person apologized, stating that housekeeping had left for the day. I don’t ask for much except for a clean room, made bed and fresh towels. I had actually left $5 for the housekeeper on the bed before I left in the morning. It was still there.

NEEDS RENOVATION AND THERE IS NO POOL
Pros:

breakfast was the best part of the whole visit service was top notch food great service from the help. They were outstanding

Cons:

Lobby was gross. Furniture worn and dirty. Carpets in entire hotel were filthy and stained. Whole place needs update. Was absolutely not worth what we paid. Pillows stunk of dirty hair. We especially booked because we wanted a day at a pool. but when we got there, there was no pool. This should have been stated on website. Very disappointed in this.
this is NOT what I expected in a holiday Inn.

My stay was very pleasant and the host was very friendly and kind!
Pros:

The property is at a very good location, near to the best restaurant Salamanders and coffee shop in Kemptville; the suites are very clean and have a very cosy interior design, with a nice tv are, kitchen and dining bar.

Cons:

Everything was right about Kemptville Suites; the mattress was too soft for my liking. Although I had a good night sleep in a quiet and well air conditioned room, I had a slight back-pain from the mattress - but I realize this is very personal as some people prefer soft mattresses!
