Nice place to stay
Pros:

This place is neat and clean, staff is very polite! Breakfast was good enough for the price we paid for accommodation (breakfast was included) Coffee and lemon water 24/7 in the lobby. Thank you for everything!

Pool was out of order. Elevator didn't work. Food was subpar, not fresh

Lovely and helpful staff!
Pros:

Decent breakfast with many options, lovely staff and very clean!

Cons:

Walls are a bit thin, our neighbor knocked on our door because she could hear our tv which wasn’t even that loud.

Excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The property was a perfect location to the Rhinecliff bridge exit as I was visiting relatives in Rhinebeck!

Cons:

The parking was plentiful, the entrance to the property could be better lit.

Pros:

Excellent customer service. Very nice & clean room.
Breakfast is acceptable. Allowed me to check-in early.

Cons:

I've stayed in many hotels by IHG but this was the first one where they dont provide water bottles. I called housekeeping and the lady was very rude and told me to walk to the market to get water. Everything else was good.

Everything great
Pros:

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, comfy bed). Breakfast was good, though a few items ran out near the end. The place is spotless and feels very well taken care of. Everything was great.
