La ubicación es perfecta para llegar fácilmente a cualquier sitio. El personal es súper simpático y servicial, les doy un 10! El desayuno coreano también muy bien. Ya he eat dos veces en este hotel y seguro que repetiré.

Great location which nears both green line and blue line subways and also closes to airport bus stop.
from my room on 7th floor a little noisy at night to leave the window open to get cold air when the air conditioning is not operating during the winter because of too many restaurants and pubs around the hotel can hear people talking loud and can smell smoke from restaurants and cigarettes 😆

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for seeing key sites in Seoul on foot or by transit, excellent shower, good lighting, very quiet room, comfortable bed, good breakfast.

The air conditioning was not working, found hair and mould in the shower, washing also wasn't complementary.

We stayed in a 3-person room. however only 3-4 hangers were provided for 6 night stay which was insufficient.
One of the charging cables in the room was faulty. The bathroom light is also set to auto mode and turn off by itself- there were instances where the light went off while we were showering, which was quite inconvenient.
Location is not convenience too , need at least 10 to 15min walk to myeongdong street.
