The hotel is in a very good location, situated on a nice street with many cafés and restaurants nearby. It is only a 5–10 minute drive to the Old Town, depending on traffic. The rooms are clean and well-designed.
Staff should receive proper training in hospitality. From the security at the entrance to the housekeeping team and the lobby staff, the overall experience was very poor. The staff member at the lobby felt very mechanical—honestly, a robot might have been more cost-efficient. Similarly, the security personnel did not greet guests; there was no “hello,” “welcome,” or “have a nice day.”
Despite the hotel’s good location, I would not choose to stay here again. There are much better hotel options nearby.

After checkout, I realized I had left a gold chain in the room. I contacted the hotel, and they confirmed they had found it. We arranged for a friend to collect it on my behalf.
Disappointing Experience – Not Worthy of a 5-Star Rating
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the overall service quality.
While driving to the hotel, I got lost as the entrance is quite confusing (it is marked with a casino sign under a different name). I called the hotel for directions, which is a very basic request, but the staff member who answered was extremely rude and simply told me to check Google Maps, stating they do not provide guidance over the phone. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star.
Upon arrival, I raised this issue with the front office manager, expecting at least a simple apology. Instead, the situation was dismissed, and I was made to feel as though nothing was wrong. This lack of accountability was very disappointing.
Additionally, the room itself had several issues:
• The window could not be opened, making the room feel poorly ventilated.
• I requested to have the minibar emptied so I could use the fridge, but I was told it is “not a fridge,” which is misleading and unhelpful.
• Some parts of the wardrobe were damaged.
Overall, the service, attitude, and room conditions do not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
Paying 5-star rates naturally comes with the expectation of 5-star service standards.

Location
The staff is not helpful and not willing to good service , the room is without refrigerator , the toilet need serious maintenance which is strange in 5 stars hotel , room service is expensive and quality of food is very low
