Pros:

The Biltmore Tbilisi was the perfect way to end our trip. The hotel is elegant, luxurious, and in the perfect location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Our room was spacious and had spectacular views of the city.

A special thank you goes to Tiko at the front desk. She upgraded us to a higher-floor room to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and it made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly helpful with everything we needed and was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine hotel staff members we’ve ever met. Her warmth and exceptional customer service truly stood out. We left feeling genuinely cared for and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Cons:

The only negative experience we had was with the gentleman working at the currency exchange desk. We found him to be quite rude and unfriendly, which was disappointing and didn’t reflect the exceptional level of hospitality we experienced from everyone else at the hotel.

We had a relaxing stay at a five-star hotel.
Pros:

My four year old son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is excellent. The room was spacious with good view.

Cons:

The room was little bit old and some equipment was broken. We stayed for three night but the room cleaning didn’t change lines and didn’t vacuum the floor.
