Pros:

Cleaning was not satisfactory
The washroom mirror was old and looked not clean.
Bathroom 🚿 not working properly. Not rotating and very poor cleaning of water stains .
Provided dust bins both in room and toilet was open which feels unhygienic.
Provided iron box was damaged
Room floor was not clean as expected
Side table electric shocket not working
One towel only kept in bathroom
Service lift cleaning not satisfactory, each corner dust was accumulated
Main entry glass was slightly damaged and broken small piece which can be leads to finger injury 🤕
Reception top lights wire was damaged and lot of dust accumulated on decorative sealing light.

Excellent stay near the airport.
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just about a 10-minute drive from the airport—which makes arriving and departing completely stress-free. 
The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast buffet at their in-house restaurant, Social Kitchen; the food quality and variety were excellent. If you have some downtime, the rooftop pool is a great spot to unwind. 
Above all, the staff was exceptionally polite and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata!

Convenient location and neat and clean rooms with decent food options.
Pros:

Rooms were nice though some furniture could be maintained better (swivel chair). Polite and helpful staff and decent food options.

Cons:

While location was convenient, the main road in front was quite noisy and crowded, mostly due to Metro construction work disruption. Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.
