Very impersonal, Hotel I don’t have anything good to say about it.
Pros:

I didn’t like very much about this property at all. It was bland not very clean and ordinary for such a well-known brand.

Cons:

it was incredibly boring tired and grubby inside. Cleary had not been decorated or deep cleaned for a very long time. I had booked several hours before check-in time and as our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning they would not let me check in. I had to book 2 rooms at a much more expensive rate. we couldn’t wait to leave.

Beautiful accommodation, with cheerful staff, and very close to the airport
Pros:

The suite, room upgrade, complimentary welcome dessert, restroom, cheerful staff

Cons:

Food definitely needs to be improved. The buffet breakfast could've been better, but in-room dining definitely needs improvement, especially for the price.

It was pleasant but feel that for the price being charged, it may have been overpriced

Room was clean. Staff was polite and helpful

Cons:

Certain facilities could have been provided/improved, for instance there were no towels in the room, it took me 3 calls to get a iron box sent to my room, after hours menu needs to be updated in terms of what is actually available. For instance i was informed that quite a few items in mentioned in the after-hours menu are only available before 1130pm
