Amazing comfort and world class breakfast!
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the bed especially.
I liked the toiletries provided and the towels were good quality.
I appreciated the tea making facilities.
Regarding the breakfast, it was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel - incredible. The choice and quality of food was outstanding and the staff at breakfast could not have been more attentive and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cons:

The pavement at the front of the hotel was not very easy to walk on.

Extremely disappointing to say the least

The size of the room was good

Cons:

Lack of qualified and quality staff, dirty sofa, the door lock was defective, sheets had (probably blood) stains, bathroom had mold, sub standard mattress, extra bed provided had to be changed because a broken one had been given. I could go on but I guess whoever reads this gets the gist.

The location is perfect for resting during a long haul between flights

Cons:

primary travel reason - rest between flights.
What happened?
No power in the hotel for about 2 hours out of my 4 hours of stay. No ac, no water (followed by extremely dirty water), no working elevator. Unhelpful staff during that whole time, no communication was made about/during the situation. Calling the reception was also impossible. I was staying for 4 hours paying for 1 full night, and the facilities i got are close to negligible.
