Great experience.
Pros:

Everything was very good. The breakfast had different cuisine options and we were from south india, and we felt very comfortable with the south indian food offered. The staffs attended us with the dishes available in the live counters too.

Cons:

The taste of other food items could've been a little better. It was great but could've been better.

Staff was good.

Cons:

Cleanliness was below average. In King suit there was just one tea cup and no spoon/stirrer !!! Sofa and bed sheets had dirty stains. Water pressure was too low. Loud noises from adjoining room till 1.00 am !!! Restaurant had strong smell of non-vegetarian food.

Pros:

I have booked this property back to back twice in less than a month. The room that was allocated had a store room next to it , (I presume), it was very difficult to sleep at night as every 30 minutes there will be people slamming doors, lifting and shifting goods in the store room. Though, it was a family booking they have set up the room as if it was single occupancy e.g. one cup, one glass, one sleeper etc.
The fitness/ gym facility was horrible too, hardly any functional equipment other than dumbbells..

Pros:

Bed was too comfortable. Had an excellent sleep. Staff was courteous & helpful. Breakfast layout was good & with variety.

Cons:

Washroom was not clean enough. Health faucet was dirty.
Wash basin was not clean. No food items or beverages in the mini fridge.

We waste our money. Suspected it’s hygiene standards. Cringed at the thought of eating there.

Nothing likeable about this sad hotel.

Cons:

Completely run down, an apology of a starred hotel. Definitely not anything more than a two star hotel. Definitely not an IHG property. Rooms whose interior was Old, crying for a facelift. Repulsive, stained toilets, rusted mirrors, peeling off walls and furniture. Even the toilet seat was stained and one had to keep paper to overcome the fear of infections. Room had no mini-bar. No iron. No hair dryer.
Bad food. No imagination in cooking, no change in buffet menu. Very low middle class fare.

Pros:

The staff were really nice with whomever I interacted with. Great and convenient location.

Cons:

Overall maintenance of the hotel and rooms. The rooms were not clean. Stains on the floor, sofa and bed linens. Most importantly, the bathroom tap was broken. Restaurant floor water seepage issues.

Cons:

I did not like the property because the washrooms were very dirty, and the sink was also unclean. My room door was locked even though my key card was working, and I had to wait outside for 30 minutes without getting help. The reception staff were rude, but one male staff member was polite and behaved well. The hotel needs improvement.

Amazing comfort and world class breakfast!
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the bed especially.
I liked the toiletries provided and the towels were good quality.
I appreciated the tea making facilities.
Regarding the breakfast, it was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel - incredible. The choice and quality of food was outstanding and the staff at breakfast could not have been more attentive and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cons:

The pavement at the front of the hotel was not very easy to walk on.

Extremely disappointing to say the least
Pros:

The size of the room was good

Cons:

Lack of qualified and quality staff, dirty sofa, the door lock was defective, sheets had (probably blood) stains, bathroom had mold, sub standard mattress, extra bed provided had to be changed because a broken one had been given. I could go on but I guess whoever reads this gets the gist.
