My booking was thru booking.com. pmt was to be done at the reception bt before I reached pmt for the 1st day was deducted from my card. I informed the reception tht do not deduct the amount for 2nd day from my card, I will pay in cash. Inspite of the assurance amount got deducted from my card. This was not liked.......

Room service was late. We hd to call again n again.
