We had to ask for hand towel, floor towel and teabags which should have been there when the room was provided.

Staff service and behaviour. Always ready to help. Special mentions- Sagnik and Tony from reception. Munshi from food section. And one guy from housekeeping. Sorry forgot his name.

Cons:

Bathroom was not so clean in the initial room alloted. But the staff changed our room to a bigger and better one.
