Great location in Santa Monica.
Pros:

Location was very central we could walk most places.
Room was clean and bed was comfy.
Breakfast was good.
Gym was good.

Cons:

Parking onsite was very expensive. We were able to find alternate parking.

Put another 20 dollars and you stay nearby in a way better hotel

Cons:

There is a tram stop in front of the hotel which is super noisy, the entrance of the hotel is the gathering for junkies and homeless people and I belive is also a bus stop, it keeps packed of people specially in the morning. Room very worn out, sheets and towels gave me some resistance and questioning how clean that was. Breakfast standard for most Holiday Inn, Ibis, Mercury Lodge etc... these kind of chains but this one was the worse one, what should be hot was cold, what should be could was room temperature, the oatmeal looked like something you could find in the garbage bin. Plus the parking fee is not clear and almost two times the parking fee for a better hotel just few meters away where my colleague was and paid less than 20% more than I did per night.

La ubicación es buena, las habitaciones lindas con mala vista y el personal podría ser un poco más predispuesto a explicar por ejemplo que no funcionó el wifi durante mi estadía.
Buen nivel de hotel para descansar.

Стильний, сучасний ремонт, великі номери, чиста постіль та рушники.
Велика сам ванна кімната і душова кабіна. Три косметичні засоби в дозаторах.
Смачні сніданки і в необмеженому доступі з 7 до 10 ранку. Завжли у вільному лоступі чай та кава.
10 хвилинн від пірсу Санта-Моніки і узбережжя. Поруч маркет.

Cons:

Це не провина готелю. Дуже багато безхатьків, наркоманів та брудно поруч, по дорозі до маркету чи узбережжя.

Whilst a decent location, wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Whilst the location of the hotel is within walking distance of the pier, the surrounding neighbourhood can be quite scary of an evening.

Cons:

The facilities were below average. The hotel was very expensive, more so on the 5 star side of costing, but was almost comparable to a motel. The staff were also very abrupt and unhelpful.
