Clean and good location
I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was lacking. The valet staff did not acknowledge us at all, and I actually had to go inside and ask whether the valet service even belonged to the hotel because no one greeted or assisted us.
The front desk experience was no better and had an attitude. The staff was not welcoming or friendly. They simply stared at us when we walked in, and I had to initiate the conversation by saying I was there to check in.
The breakfast was also disappointing and did not meet expectations for a hotel at this price point.

The location was first class. You are a stones throw from the metro which is a direct line into downtown LA.
Great size room with very comfortable beds and facilities. Very pleasant staff and an overall chilled vibe.
Breakfast was a bit of a let down though, not the greatest of selections.
The use of paper plates and plastic cutlery felt a bit cheap and lazy.
Could do with a change machine in the laundry for quarters, was advised on a couple of occasions that the reception didn't carry them and you'd need to get them from a shop nearby. Minor gripe, didn't affect the stay.

Oreillers pas du tout confortables. Prix du parking de l’hôtel bcp trop élevé (surtout en voyant combien on paye deja le sejour). Nous nous sommes garés dans un parking public à 7 min à pied de l’hotel (bcp moins cher (Civic Center Parking Structure)

A very disappointing visit. On the morning of June 13th, I encountered customer service that was far below acceptable standards—the receptionist was openly hostile and lacked any basic courtesy. Furthermore, their financial and administrative processes are a complete mess. I was handed an invoice with incorrect billing details (wrong buyer information), and to make it worse, the amount they actually charged to my card was calculated incorrectly and differed from the issued invoice. A total lack of competence on every level.
