Important note regarding pre-arrival communication and customer service
Cons:

I am writing this review based strictly on my pre-arrival communication with the property, which is vital information for future guests who may need assistance prior to checking in.

Due to a personal emergency, I reached out to the hotel six days prior to my arrival to request a modification to my dates. Unfortunately, the communication from the management was highly concerning. Initially, the hotel provided inaccurate information, stating they had no ability or authority to assist me and directing me back to the booking platform. The booking platform's support team clarified that the hotel does, in fact, retain full control over booking modifications.

After this initial exchange, the hotel ceased all communication. The booking platform sent three separate formal requests on my behalf over the course of several days, and the hotel ignored all of them. They also ignored my direct messages asking for a simple confirmation of their decision.

While I cannot speak to the quality of the physical rooms, future guests should be aware that if you encounter an issue or need to communicate with management prior to your stay, the customer service and responsiveness are virtually non-existent.
