Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit schönen Zimmern
Pros:

Schöne, moderne und große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Personal superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, gute Lage mit Fahrradstation und Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Typisch amerikanisches Frühstück auf Papptellern aber man bekommt alles, was man braucht, wird satt und es ist im Preis inkludiert.

Cons:

Leider hört man die Bahn recht deutlich aber bei geschlossenem Fenster geht das.

Really nice hotel
Pros:

Location is really good very near to Santa Monica pier. The staff is very kind, clean rooms, very good breakfast

The coffee machine in the room was dusty so we couldn’t use it.

Pros:

Our room was beautiful and had a good view. Location was good.

Cons:

Some of staff that worked in breakfast area were rude and unhelpful. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned and was given a filthy look and was told it would be done in a few minutes Out of the 7 days we stayed for breakfast, three of those did not have any bananas or raisin bran. I was advised that the manager hadn't ordered any! I have never stayed at a hotel and paid the sum that I did and have to eat off paper plates using plastic knives and forks, every day! Our first morning having breakfast a homeless person came in and set the fire alarm off! Another day four police officers came rushing in and went up to the fifth floor as there had been an incident of violence. Unfortunately with the amount of homeless people outside of the hotel who were taking drugs I did not feel safe enough to go out on my own even through the day.

Pros:

Breakfast was good with sufficient choice. Location was ok. Staff friendly, particularly the ones at valet parking

llegamos al hotel y nos dieron en recepcion una habitacion con una ventana que daba a las vias del metro.Este pasaba cada pocos minutos.Nada mas entrar pedimos un cambio a otra zona porque al dia siguiente teniamos muchas horas de vuelo y necesitabamos descansar.Un recepcionista super desagradable llamado IAN ,nos dijo que no era posible cambiar porque ya habiamos entrado a la habitacion aunque fuesen 5 minutos.Fue muy desagradable y eso que tienen un cartel pegado que dice que si necesitas algo se lo digas que ellos estan para ayudarte.Muy mala experiencia.El parking carisimo.
