Pros:

L’accueil et les services (conciergerie, café à disposition toute la journée…).
La propreté des chambres et des locaux (ainsi que la décoration).
Emplacement à côté de la plage de Santa Monica et du métro E.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner décevant vu la gamme d’hôtel (avec des couverts jetables en plus, pas top pour la planète).
Wifi très mauvaise, et 4G compliqué dans le bâtiment.
Insonorisation ok entre les chambres mais perfectible sur l’étage de dessus: les bruits de pas résonnent.

Pros:

Hotel is well located with all major amenities. Staff is quite cordial and supportive.
Breakfast is standard continental, with no major variations.
Room is quite cozy, and large for multiple people to accommodate, and quite quiet.
Gym, Laundry etc. are in good shape and accessible.

Cons:

Breakfast can be better with some variations , as gets monotonous if stay is for more than a day.
Check-in could be more friendly, rather than being just professional.

Pros:

Good location and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was terrible, water was literally trickling out, and the breakfast was not very good, only one complimentary water when there are two guess

Pros:

Hotel was in a great area. It was clean, except the breakfast counters were not.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattress was dented on the side and high in the middle. The parking fees are crazy outrageous. Had to park at the Trader Joe’s.

Pros:

L’emplacement est génial pour visiter Santa Monica et Venice Beach. Le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

Certains équipements sont vétustes. Le mini frigo fait du bruit. Les canalisations également et la chambre que nous avions était au niveau de la piscine et donc au dessus du parking, on avait un bruit incessant.

The location was excellent and the staff really helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good, eating on paper plates with plastic cutlery was not what I expected from a hotel of this calibre.

立地が良かった。
サンタモニカまで歩いて行ける。
部屋も開放感があって良かった。

Cons:

バス停が目の前にあるからなのか、様子のおかしい人が常に入り口付近にいた。
